“Great venu for dancing! Ceroc is a partner dance with its roots in 1940s jive. It's fun, energetic and you don't need to come with a partner. This is a great place to learn a new skill, develop an existing skill or just have fun if you are an experienced dancer! All levels are made to feel welcome! Great music, great people and a great atmosphere.”

“We’ve just had our 7 dining room chairs re-upholstered and they are done to PERFECTION by Dave & team. Instead of being in the skip or a recycling centre, our chairs were immaculately restored and are, literally, brand new in our home. This company is just superb & simply unmatchable! They’ve surpassed their 5-stars online rating on all levels: professionalism, willingness-to-help, approachability & super friendliness, excellent range & options of fabrics, quality and price points. They over-delivered on timescales with such commitment & honesty. It was just amazing to experience good old-fashioned customer service that made us feel individual. “Name checks out - great dinner option and highly recommended. Visiting from Australia where the kebabs can be quite homogenised/samey in the city. Was blown away with the mixed doner and halloumi kebabs. Serving size, flavour, freshness, and choices of salads all top tier. Even the chips were good!”

“Wow! Amazed today coming into the five bells It’s been taken over by new owners and they are absolutely lovely! Me and my partner got the bells beef burger each with bacon and cheese bacon was perfectly crispy burger was lovely! Was sooo nice. And we got onion rings too honestly amazing food and such a lovely family pub. Have play slides for the kids a huge garden nicely decorated. Such a warm feeling when walking in we have now booked in for a Sunday roast. And can’t wait to try it, also the house wine is divine and got price! This will now be our ongoing local. X”

“A really lovely local pub.We received a warm welcome from the Land Lady (on my very first visit today) and from the regulars who constantly fed my Golden Retriever with treats. Next time, I won't bother to feed him beforehand!! I will certainly be returning, especially as it's in walking distance.”

Very food on price so if struggling cos of cost of living go here and this shop will help u stay above water so u n family won't go hungry cos of soaring prices well yogurt at asda/tesco/Iceland etc £2 lidi price £0.89 see the difference so I don't understand why those shops are more expensive when lidi is good on price I feel lidi put people first where the other shops put profit first hope u all agree Have a nice day”

“Great restaurant with tasty food and excellent customer service. Special thanks to Tatiana who was very friendly and attentive up until we left! The portion sizes were very generous and the restaurant was clean and spacious. We didn’t wait too long for our starters or main course which was great. They have a small parking space which holds around 4 cars but there are also residential roads available to park outside restricted times. Would definitely recommend for some tasty Turkish food.”

“Our 1st visit and we are already planning a return visit. A very busy Sunday afternoon, but the food was delicious I had the duck which was divine hubby had roast chicken (as they had sold out of the beef, it did look delicious and we would have ordered that for the 3 of us, hopefully next time), roast potatoes were a little hard and the roast pork was dry. Pistachio souffle was superb. The service was very, very good. Friendly, polite and engaging.”

No issues whatsoever; apart from the fact that we may need to book months earlier next year! We are irregular customers, and have never had a reason to complain about anything over the years we have been using The Black Horse.”

If you're searching for the most authentic, flavour-packed Indian meal, look no further! This was, without a doubt, the most flavoursome Indian food I’ve ever had. The Lamb Tikka Phall was fiery and rich, bursting with bold spices yet beautifully balanced. The Chicken Chat Puri Starter (extra hot!) delivered a delightful kick with succulent, well-seasoned chicken wrapped in soft, warm puri—perfection! The Keema Rice was another knockout, infused with deliciously spiced minced meat and the perfect amount of heat. Every dish was cooked to absolute perfection, the sauce was thick and indulgent, the meat was tender and full of flavour, and everything arrived hot and steaming, just as it should. Timing was spot on, proving that they care about both quality and service. Of course, the papadam added that satisfying crunch to round off an unforgettable meal. Food was amazing, crispy stuff, to be eaten hot… than get it soggy… The next thing is that it’s a self service place..applicable to place tour food orders fast.. Go earlier book and get your table, pay for you drinks and unwind…”

“Eddies is a friendly off licence and grocery shop. Owner is very much interested in customer feed back both to improve service and improve the range of product. Parking always available either in the front of the shop or nearby free car park which is only couple of minutes away. All day to day essentials are well stocked up. Some halal products such as sausages and salami are available in shop. Owner is willing to take orders for meat which can be delivered the following day however I have not tried this service yet. Overall a pleasant shopping experience every time you go in. Finally a much needed late night off licence and grocery for the area.”
