“I recently attended for wisdom teeth extraction with Rita Mirchandani and her dental nurse. I am anxious about the dentist and was fearful of this appointment due to a previous bad experience with tooth extraction. Rita and the nurse were really supportive, I found it helpful that i was given lots of psychoeducation about the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my music throughout the procedure which i found helpful. The extraction didn't take long and i haven't had any complications, which has been a relief. I also found the education about dental hygiene and brush technique really helpful.”

“Bought 6 ember tetras here about a month ago. Despite it being nearly closing time, the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. They also showed genuine care for the fishes - they ensured that I had a fully matured fish tank of reasonable size and setting. They also gave me recommendations on where I could get good Indian Almond Leaves to manage the pH. I also saw them reject an inexperienced customer who wanted to keep fishes in a fish bowl (the fish will likely suffer), and for that, I highly respect them. The ember tetras are doing well - sorry for the algae-stained glass in the very bad picture!”

“Car park is usually full but as people are coming and leaving it is worth just to drive up to have a look. I have never waited for the procedure/scan as the staff is very professional and try their best to serve all customers (patients) on time. If you feel nervous about anything (depends what kind of scan you need) just talk to the staff - they are very friendly and willing to answer any question. If you have any concern just tell them as they simply do listen and take all your concern seriously. I would prefer I had never needed their service but here we are, I had quite few scans already and I probably will but I must say the staff here make the experience much more pleasant - I always felt I was in good hands.”

“I have just completed a treatment with Dr Mina to have front crowns replaced and other work to improve my smile! I am always very impressed with the level of professionalism and care that is shown by the practice. Dr Mina spent extra time ensuring that the end result would be the best it could be, consulting with me all the way through, co-ordinating with the lab and even arranging me to visit personally for the best colour match up. She followed up promptly with any minor concerns and her approach is always one of kindness and care combined with real attention to detail. A special thanks to the reception team for always being so friendly and polite.”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“Consistently excellent! This is my third visit to Navara, and I’ve had both gel manicures and gel pedicures done on a few occasions now. The service is always warm, the results are flawless, and I leave feeling genuinely pampered. It was here I discovered the cat eye (or “Keti Eye”) gel style, and I’ve been hooked ever since! “Firstly, I'll start by admitting that I'm am a fairly fussy customer. I've used most of the barbers in the local area over the years and can honestly say that Male Designs is hands down the best I've experienced. They keep up to date with the latest styles so my son is always well looked after. They also have loads of experience with the classics. The team are friendly, accommodating and just generally good people. They are happy to give advice and suggestions on products and styles which might work for you without trying to push expensive products upon you. My dad used Male Designs for years and when he was no longer able to get there unaided we stopped by with his wheelchair (we hadn't even booked ahead). The team rearranged the shop and moved one of the big chairs out of the way to allow him access with his wheelchair. They all took the time to speak/laugh and joke with him like they always had, I could see how much that meant to him. Also the best beard barber I've ever visited. If you're looking for a barber, this is the best in the area. Thank you, keep up the great work.”

“I have been visiting M and R barbers for at least 8 years now. Myself and my son have a re-occurring appointment with Raff or one of his skilled barbers. I have found the staff patient and accommodating with regards to my own time keeping and the temperament of my once toddler-aged son. Raff is passionate about his craft and engaging in conversation. I have enjoyed the beverages on offer during my many visits. I find the process almost automated due to the ease of picking a slot on the app and a barber waiting upon our arrival. We have regular haircuts and I have now added a beard trim to the booking. My father-in-law who lives in the north of the country still books in to see Raff during his regular visits(which is a review unto itself) There is always a smile on our faces leaving the barbers due to its relaxing environment and quality haircuts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M and R barbers to anyone in the Guildford area.”

“Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing. If I ever needed physiotherapy again I wouldn’t hesitate to book an appointment with Joseph. Thank you so much for everything!”

“We honestly can’t thank the team at Aurua enough for everything they did for our dog, Leo. From the very first consultation to the all-clear after his surgery, their care, communication, and kindness were faultless. Leo’s Journey: Leo is our 4-year-old Chug, and earlier this year, we discovered a lump on his prepuce. It turned out to be a cutaneous mast cell tumour. Understandably, we were worried, but once we were referred to Aurua, we felt confident we were in the right hands. Surgery & Timeline: The whole process moved quickly and smoothly. We had an oncology consultation on 12th March, and Leo had surgery to remove the tumour on 21st March. Everything went well, and he came home the same day. We went back for a follow-up and stitch removal on 11th April, and the recovery since has been brilliant no sign of the tumour returning, and Leo is totally back to himself. • 1st Feb: Initial diagnosis • 26th Feb: Fine Needle Aspiration • 12th March: Oncology consultation • 21st March: Surgery • 11th April: Follow-up & stitch removal • Now: Full recovery and no further issues Communication & Care: Every single person we dealt with at Aurua was lovely kind to Leo, and kind to us. He gets a bit nervous in clinical settings, but they were gentle, calm, and reassuring the whole way through. They kept us updated at every stage and always explained things clearly, without being overly clinical. We felt genuinely cared for. Cost & Insurance: We were quoted £5,000 to £6,000. The total bill for Leo’s treatment was £5,985.21. Our insurance (Animal Friends) covered £2,000 of that for the tumour, with a £99 excess. Aurua were brilliant in helping us handle the claims process, it was all clearly explained, and there were no surprises. Outcome:We’re so relieved to say that Leo is now cancer-free. He’s back to bouncing around the house and being his cheeky self. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Final Thoughts:If you’re looking for a vet who’ll treat your pet like their own, keep you informed, and go the extra mile, Aurua is absolutely the place. They were amazing with Leo, and we’ll always be grateful for the care they gave him — and us.”

“Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay.
