“I always avoided this Boots as there are fer less products (cosmetics) compared to the one at Canada Square and the staff was always too relaxed and dismissive. But I have to say THANK YOU to Fiz, one of the staff members there. He has helped me in at least three separate occasions: once with a refund, another time with a product change and another time with advice ordering the product I was looking for (its was out of stock for several days in a few shops). He deserves to be praised for his hard work and I’m sure grateful for him being there.”

Carriann is exceptionally skilled at what she does and I trust her 100% with my dog. Teddy is epileptic and Carriann takes her time with him and updates me straight afterwards with so much detail which I love. Teddy always goes in and comes out happy.
