“I can’t thank Mario enough! My 13-year-old cat had never been groomed before, so I was nervous about how he would handle it. Mario was incredibly professional, patient, and gentle—he really took the time to calm him down and make him feel comfortable. You can tell he truly loves and cares about the animals he works with. The grooming was absolutely perfect, and my cat looks amazing. I only wish I had found him sooner. Highly recommend Mario!”

Colleen and her team dispelled that myth, and got to clean her ears from wax and hair, which other groomers could not as she fully resisted! No more mites! She is a much happier dog as a result and definitely a customer for her life. My friends are super happy! Thank you!”

“I wanna thank Ayla’s pet store for all the support and words of encouragement with 4Paws Community Food Bank. I’ve never come across a pet store that cares so much about animals as well as the community. By putting up posters in their stores, the food bank has been able to flourish with donations from the community and get the recognition that would’ve been very hard to get without their support. As well as helping providing a drop off donation point they have always donated themselves. Not to mention they have very high-quality pet food, a doggy daycare and a really patient and understanding groomers It’s right by Clapham Common park so it’s only right to add it to my dogging walk.”

“I know that I could buy a bit cheaper online but I don't - and, to be honest, the prices are not high here which is fantastic. This pet shop is lovely, the people who run it are so kind and pleasant and it's a pleasure to support a local business. I visit at least twice a week with my ridiculous dog to get him his food and bones.”

“Just visited your store in Harlow and what a lovely experience. Your staff member called Christe was so helpful. She had to refill the sunflower hearts as I had used all the stock that was left - the bottom is a long way down. As I had purchased quite an amount she then took my 3 bags to the checkout and after paying she then offered to take my very heavy bag to my car. This was so helpful to me as in the beginning as I continued to fill the bag I found the container very awkward to use. The metal edge was scrapping along my arm as I had to lean over and not only hold the bag that was now on the bottom but try to fill it at the same time. Perhaps you could rethink this system. In the beginning you had bins which were so much easier to use.”

“Has most of the items you would need for various pets. I have a ball python and the staff an knowledgeable about them and have the frozen rats i need for food. Staff all seem like genuine pet lovers/animal lovers which goes a long way in these kind of stores. Shoped here for many years for dog/snake/guinea pigs. Always helpfull.”

On my visit today James was definitely ready to assist me and other customers queries and questions, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining my concerns to me. At the till, Holly greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, very welcoming and pleasant. Took the time to ask how my dog was and show a genuine concern, as I usually come in with her but didn’t bring her with me on this occasion. “Natalia looked after our guinea pigs a couple of times whilst we were away and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She kept them company, provided a stimulating environment and updated us regularly with pictures. On one occasion, I contacted Natalia the night before we went away as we booked a last minute break and she was really flexible and super helpful! You can trust Natalia 100% with your pets and your home. We would recommend her a million times over! Thank you so much for looking after our piggies and home so well!”

“Betti is an amazing dog walker. She has been taking my adopted crossed German Shepard for walks every single day since I got her. I needed someone trusted, especially since my dog arrived from another country, and I can honestly say I can not imagine anyone else looking after my Lusia. Betti is very knowledgeable, committed, and loves her job. My dog is so happy to see her every single time. She posts pictures and videos from every walk, so I can see how happy my dog is with other furry friends and what great progress she has made. “My dog Lilly is a really frightened rescue and the staff always do their best to accommodate her needs and to give her a nice time when she goes there to be groomed. Best dog groomer ever! Lilly always comes home looking like a million dollars and now, because she's treated so well, I see she's more used to the idea of going to pawpairs to have her beauty moment. “I have been coming to Nutts4Mutts for some time and would never go anywhere else for my dog haircut. The groomer (Gary) has a real passion for dogs and treats my dog with patience, kindness and care. Gary cuts my dogs hair exactly how I like it, makes him look cuter than ever and truly gorgeous! The complements my dog gets after his haircut is just crazy, I can’t take him anywhere without people wanting to play with him or cuddle him. The owner of Nutts4Mutts is absolutely lovely and makes you feel so comfortable knowing you can leave your dog to be well and truly cared for and pampered. I cannot recommend this place enough 10/10!!!!”
