“I was booked in with Boots in Uxbridge for a rabies jab today, the first of 3. The booking has been in place for 3 weeks and I have been waiting my turn. This morning I got a cancellation due to staff sickness. They gave me a number to ring which turned out to be their deliveries hub and when I rang Boots the store and chose option 3 for the pharmacy I was greedted with a message saying that they were too busy to take my call. Please call back and they hung up. I tried 4 times without success. Having planned my working week around today I then set about trying to find somewhere to get this done today. My first call was to Garners also knows as The Uxbridge Travel Clinic and they said they could fit me in today as long as I did not turn up between 1pm and 2pm which was no doubt lunch time I got there about 1420, paid to park just outside and went in After about a minute I was asked to fill out a form and then asked to sit in a cubicle where I was joined by a member of staff The injecion was given efficiently and the whole procedure took may be less than 15 minutes I was very impressed by the whole thing and will go back for Rabies part two next week I can whole heartedly recommend this pharmacy”

“Honestly, Mr Tailor would go out of his way as a Pharmacist, he is such a kind and wonderful man, anyone who knows him knows he would go out of his way to help you, unlike other Pharmacists who would typically shrug you off and ask you to go to the GP. He has been in the Stamford Hill area for almost 25 years and still has passion that usually wears off, especially after Covid and how under pressure the NHS is!! Despite it being busy in the back, he would still take time out of his day to assist you (he even comes out on his break) in what you need and that is dedication! If you're in the area and you have a problem, he is the one!! Despite being a Pharmacist he has earned the name "Dr Tailor" and I can see why, he takes care of Stamford Hill and if I'm being honest Stamford Hill isn't Stamford Hill without him! Thank you for being such a wonderful man! You have an amazing team and overall, I wish you the best ♥️”

“Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad. So I would strongly recommend this place if your travelling for the Christmas or in the future.”

“I can't recommend enough Clan Pharmacy. The team is polite, kind and they go out of their way to help and provide bespoke service. Since our son started nursery we had to do a number of trips to the pharmacy as he is catching everything and the team has been so helpful with prescriptions but also very accomodating with vaccines. “Excellent pharmacy run very smoothly by an excellent team of highly knowledgeable and professional individuals. Saved me from waiting over 8 hours at Northwickpark hospital A&E with a foster child. Saw a leaflet displayed at the hospital- contacted Shivakem via email as they are my local chemist and I've been going to them for a number of years- within 5mins of my email I received a call Confirming that they are able to help me and I should bring the child straight there. I couldn't be grateful enough as Shreena saved over 8 hours of my life life waiting at the A&E !! The child was seen to more or less within 5mins of me getting him there, after a check up- medication issued! If only this service was available years ago it would have saved soo many hours of waiting and stress for people likes of myself and lesson the burden on the crippling NHS hospital A&E. Shivakem a highly commendable family run business- run by very respectful, efficient and professional individuals!!!”
