“As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”

“I visited Muswell Hill after many years. I had the tuna mayo sandwich, it was a decent sandwich, nice thick bread and generous filling with a bit of salad. Definitely worth a quick bite.”

Prices were extremely reasonable and the food served was fresh with a great variety of rolls. The whole day was made so much easier with the great service we received from everyone there. Thank you. “Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.”

I had the Big Breakfast and asked to swap out the tomato and mushroom — no issues at all, which was much appreciated. Prices were very reasonable, especially for breakfast in London. Would definitely come back!”

“Amazing for the price that was paid. Very warm, and welcome from the host. Walls seemed a bit thin but that didn't take away from the experience. Was pleased with the features on offer, ironing board and iron was not expected, but was there hanging on the wall. Shower not working well, but still worked, and sink filled up very quickly. Although there was some issues it wouldn't stop me returning.”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”

“The community rebuilt this park cafe and it is an excellent facility enjoyed by everyone who uses the park and Claygate Primary School. On a sunny weekend you will see many groups and families playing games, having fun, eating ice creams, with drinks etc. Food gets 4 stars only because it is not Michelin starred.”

“What a fantastic experience! I have learned SO much at Rugby last week. The professional teachers were amazing and approachable to this diverse group of participants of all ages, from all walks of life! I have now been playing for almost three years, after a 20-odd year hiatus, so extremely nervous to play in front of a 'live' audience. Thank you to Sam and Maciej for their warmth, dedication and encouragement! Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. Hope to be back soon.”

“What can we say, everything about the location, the Pod's and setting is absolutely perfect. From the moment you arrive you are immersed into the peace and tranqility of the Kent countryside. With a stunning, clean & well equipted Pod. They have truly thought of everything. Outside you have chopped wood supplied, ready for the evening of stargazing with a firepit. As for breakfast, what a beautifully presented basket of fresh produce that is. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing 2 nights.”

“I like it. The sushi was not cheap as what I expected but it was delicious. The bubble tea also wasn’t too sweet even at 100%. So overall, for Chiswick “fast food” sushi, this would be where I’d go next time.”

“Walked in late lunch. Ordered bacon and egg soft bap. After debating which bread I wanted roll, sandwich or soft bap. Has got to be one of the best and reasonably priced lunch break for a long time. Staff very friendly and willing to help. And will literally go out of their way to accommodate if possible. Amazing service and food”

“My son got married here and it was such a nice cosy place, the weather was perfect and the view is beautiful. We took lots of pictures and it was a prefect day for a wedding. Well organised, great choice of drinks and food was OK for vegetarian option. It is a nice small hall prefect for small gatherings, parties.”

“Absolutely perfect! We hired Once Upon a Wish for our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was the best decision. Cinderella was so impressively like the actual Cinderella - the hair, makeup, costumes are the best I’ve seen! And she was so wonderful with the kids, they all loved her. She was beautiful, kind, timely, fun, professional and all around just such a perfect addition to the day. I’d highly recommend to anyone.”

“I do the clinical pilates class for recovery from back surgery and its the thing that has helped me more than anything. The staff are extremely well qualified and tailor the exercises to what you need and push you to the right degree. Catherine takes my usual class and is outstanding and understands my needs implicitly. There is a new instructor, Sophie, who is also excellent and added some great new exercises to my routine. Everyone at the clinic is really helpful and welcoming. Its been a while since I needed a full physio appointment but I saw Jacqui regularly in the past and she really helped to give me a pathway out of daily pain to functional exercise.”
