She listens carefully, gives great advice, and always gets my colour and cut just right. Whether I'm after a refresh or something new, I know I'm in safe hands with her. I always leave feeling confident and relaxed. What makes it even better is how lovely they are with my children, who are always excited to go for a trim. They're made to feel just as welcome as I am, which says a lot about the atmosphere Lauren and her team have created. You can tell that they truly care about their clients and take pride in their work. Highly professional, friendly and consistently brilliant - I recommend them to everyone.”
