I rang them up after i received my email regarding booking my latest Jaguar car for service soon. last time they did my old car service and was very happy with there service and professionalism, but I had to do long journey to midlands this time before booking my car in for service. I spoke to kush on the phone because I was abit worried about oil level on the car, has I topped up 3 litres recently has oil was very low. He said bring the car in before you go next day we do quick health check and check all the levels on car before your trip to midlands. They checked the car topped up abit more oil and was ready to go. Now my car will be booked in for some TLC in a few days get full service done can’t wait….”

You can park on Kenton Rd or Draycott Ave.Coming with public transport ...bus stops Carlton Avenue Kenton (stop KK) opposite of shop, Upon Gardens (stop LL) a little further down. Using the tube it's Kenton station.”

“I have been at Screwfix for last couple of weeks for various materials as I was getting some work done locally. I can’t praise enough the wonderful team at Harrow Christchurch branch of screw fix. I call them my A team they all work so well together and individually. They go out of there way to answer your query and check what you need and give good advice. No matter how long the Que or how busy they are they treat every customer with so much respect . John helped with selection of paint. Jeff helped with the Ronseal sprayer and both of them very professional and kind. Also a shout to Roma who was very helpful as well and not forgetting Lisa and Nicky and liam always smiling and they all make you so welcome and they serve with a smile. “HGV delivery to this site is a bit tight. Drive in, reverse out and tip from one side on the road. Give the company a call beforehand to check ideal time for delivery to avoid local peak traffic for the local primary/nursery school. Be considerate when parking, it's possible to leave enough room for the public to pass. Everyone was very friendly from my phone call through to delivery. Unloaded very quickly with a Reach from a friendly forkie. However, the jewel in the crown was your employee Luke. Absolutely cracking lad who took all the stress out of reversing safety back out onto the main road, keeping an eye on me, the cars and keeping the public safe at the same time whilst being clear with his signals. Top bloke! Appreciate it.”
