“I was touched by the warmth and support of the owner and the staff. They knew that I cannot be a regular customer as I don't live nearby, yet they did their best to accommodate my needs. They even turned on their oven earlier than its schedule to bake me fresh bread before my departure. Their bread is one of the best and a must try. The variety of the products is also incredible. They are reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I couldn't try their daily meals. Apparently everyday they make a different traditional Persian food as well.”

“I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.”

“Uber cancelled two cabs so we went to the nearest cab office, Network Cars. Dean the Controller was so informative by giving us updates on how long the driver would be and how much it would cost. He also gave us a blank receipt for the driver to complete. Really helpful and professional. The driver who took us to East London was great!”

“This is the head office for the online retail store AlexandAlexa, the worlds best kids brands. They do not have any physical stores in London. All items can be purchased on their website which is super easy to use!”

“Honestly not sure what the other reviews here were on about, ordered through Deliveroo so didn't see the negative Google reviews but the ones on Deliveroo seemed good enough that we gave it a shot. Ordered the meal for 3 people which is listed as 39.50, but the app discounts brought it down to 30. The food portions were large and delicious. Individual reviews for each dish that came with the meal - Chow Mein - Hearty and flavorful with plenty of meat mixed in unlike a lot of other takeouts that have mostly veggies with the noodles Sweet and sour chicken - Not sickeningly sweet like some places but a well made sauce with batter fried coated chicken Beef in black sauce - was listed as spicy but was pleasantly savory with just a small kick, the beef itself was tender King prawn with mushrooms - Pretty good, nothing unique but nothing shabby, quite a few prawn pieces too Mixed Vegetables - Again, as good as you can get from a takeout Egg fried rice - Solid with a good amount of egg, not overly dry but not sloppy or greasy Crispy duck - tender but crispy not dry, the hoisin sauce was incredible and the pancakes and spring vegetables were a welcome addition Prawn crackers - can never have too many of these and they delivered, a massive bag full! All of this, and for 30 quid (obviously with the app discounts but 40 is still a solid deal for three people, this could feed four and still have leftovers) Can't vouch for other dishes on the menu obviously but this is what I had and my stomach was perfectly fine in the days after lmao, would order again for sure”

“I was scared to come here based on reviews, but it's perfect for shipping parcels. I came after 6.30pm to send a Relay parcel that was unusually wrapped. The young man at the till was courteous, scanned my code and slapped on a shipping label. 10 seconds of efficient service and I was out the door.”

“I've just returned from Kingswood Tesco Express and as always the staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Today I was served by Aneesa. Meanwhile another member of staff was helping a delivery driver to park safely and smoothly while yet another staff member was stacking shelves. The staff work so well as a team and there is such a pleasant atmosphere in the shop even during busy times. The staff are patient even when some customers are fretful and stressed. It's such a blessing for customers to have extensive opening hours and a good range of stock. Recently another self service machine has been installed. It's also a real bonus having a Post Office within the store. Thank you to all the staff in Kingswood Tesco. You make your customers shopping experience a pleasant one.”

“Peter had already finished and was already saying bye to his college, but when I ran out of time and my automated cashier locked, he came.over to unlock it for me. He then proceeded to tell the people queuing where the right queue was. He already was changed and had his shoulder bag in him. That customer service was free. A caring professional. A very nice gentleman too. My name is Lucas and I have been in security for over 17 years and in the customer service and detailing industry for over Twenty years.
