“I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.”

“This Tesco has amazing staff, they are often robbed and threatened due to the area - more security could help safeguard the staff! Today I witnessed two people steal 30 bottles of wine and walked straight out. I tried to make a police report as I saw them load it onto a vehicle afterwards. I tried to call the store to send them a video of my evidence. No one answered however I will try to go back and provide them this information as it may help safeguard them in future.”
