“This place is alive and kicking... on a sunday it was pretty packed and theres a good reason that, the food!! Ordered the fish and chips and it was one if the best that I've had. Not oily at all, crispy and thin batter!!!. The portions were huge... Guiness was fresh on tap!!”

“Recently stayed in Hounslow for 3 nights, was really impressed with the local Spoons. Had an evening meal and a couple pints when we arrived, and I had a breakfast on 2 of the mornings. Was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. Nice. If ever in the area again would most definitely visit. Enjoy.”

“My son had a great day out here, he loved the animals and they all looked well cared for. The play areas were all set out over the whole place was wasn't busy. Even during the summer holiday break. He loved climbing high. The water pillows were fun. Although a lot of adults used them as sun beds. The had a paint run and foam party event which was also enjoyed. My only gripe was that you had to book for under or over 5s yet over 5s were allowed in with there under 5 siblings. So it got a little busy and pushy towards the younger ones, as everyone wanted to get closer to where the foam was coming from. The inside soft play was huge and thoroughly enjoyed. Over all was a great day and would likely return.”

“All the way from South Africa & just looking for some good food & drink before a long trip back home, I stumbled across Big Smoke Taphouse at London Heathrow Terminal 2 & had the absolute privilege of meeting Savio, the server who knew very well I struggling with the QR Code version menu & was eager to assist me & simplify my order & dining experience. Savio was extremely friendly, helpful & patient as we took our time to go through the hard copy menus & eventually opted for Tex Mex Tacos, Pork Burnt Ends, Some Onion Rings & 2 glasses of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the bursting flavors of the all the food, especially the smokiness of the pork burnt ends & most especially encountering very bland food in England overall, LOL. “Very homely cooked food,,, authentic indeed, loved every bite of what we had , started with ross omelette & pav bread along with masala chai and resumed later with goan thali with prawns curry(typical goan homestyle) & my fav kingfish recheado ,,,,the cozyambience and Goan music along with such delicious food just brought me back to my Goa’s old days when I used to work there. One who truly understands the homely cooked goan meal will definitely appreciate their efforts, probably the best Goan meal i ever had in UK. Service was truly welcoming by the lady & gentlman who owns the place (guessing),,,they both were very gentle and welcoming.”

“UNBELIEVABLE! having ordered on just eat for the first time from this fabulous new eatery I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The food arrived early (A shock in itself), was superbly fresh and incredibly tasty. Standards and taste were more synonymous with eateries in places like DUBAI and CENTRAL LONDON not hounslow. A refreshing addition to culinary treats in the Borough keep up the good work. I am not related to this business although the review seems exaggerated, just ecstatic to have a nice place to order a flavoursome breakfast. “So happy we went there, excellent Goan food. Croquettes, choris pao and xacuti were on point. Portions could be a little better. Spices etc. all come in from goa, so very authentic. Great atmosphere. Got to speak Konkani again, enjoyed it ❤️”

“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

“As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Amazing Experience!** I visited this café today and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.”

“My visit to wagamama was very good. I was seated by the window. The place was clean and very busy. I ordered a raisukaree curry. I had a free coffee on my app which I was able to redeem. The service was very nice and polite. Everyone was working hard and efficient from what I have seen. A girl named Nik was amazing, she made sure I am all set and looked after. Thanks Nik! I enjoyed the nice view while eating. Great experience!”

“So tried this takeaway for the 1st time today, firstly i have to say, what a lovely lady i spoke to on the phone, she took my order and was friendly and polite and patient with me as i was unsure about a few of the items i was ordering. My food was delivered by a friendly and polite driver tpo. Our food came piping hot, i thought i had ordered something wrong so i called up again and the lady at the other end explained to me politely what my meals were and how they should look and i have to say the food was lovely, the service lovely and the friendliness of the lady taking the order to the driver was just such a nice experience. I shall certainly be ordering again and highly recommend this take away”

“Staying at the attached holiday inn for a night, but couldnt check into a room yet - decided to get breakfast here. They have a breakfast buffet or a la carte options. The hostess was extremely nice, had some coffee on my table before id even sat down. The buffet had plenty of options. We paid about 40 pounds for two people for the full english buffet and i was not disappointed!”

“2 mile walk from Hatton Cross station (free ride from LHR airport). If you need to use a bunch of hours at LHR this is a 3 minute free tube ride and a 50 minute walk. My wife had the Steak & Ale pie, I had Tikka Masala and both were great! £12 for the two meals!”

“I only stayed at this Travelodge for one night, but it was quite lovely and peaceful. Good staff, good service and the room was what I needed after a long flight from Canada.”

“Studio flats are very nice, clean and compact. Parking is available. Concierge is available 7 AM to 6 PM. There are no windows in the flats. Central air ventilation. Flats have air conditioning so during summers you can reduce the room temperature. Problems are: No direct sunlight inside. Drying clothes is a issue. Quality food (general store) for food and vegetables available right opposite to the site. Tesco is available 24x7 at the 1 min walking distance. High street right in the corner. Bus stops available right outside the apartment. Overall good for family of 3 or living alone. Rent may vary from £950 to £1200. Max size of the studio is around 450. Council is 120. For wifi broadband only Hyperoptic works inside building. Hi”
