“Beautiful canal-side pub with a great atmosphere! The Pelican in Addlestone is an absolute gem. Set right by the canal, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. They regularly book some amazing live bands, which really add to the friendly, chilled but lively vibe of the place. I had the moussaka and the honey garlic chicken from the specials menu — both were absolutely divine! You can really tell the food is homemade, full of flavour and care. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great live music, proper food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be visiting again!”

“Amazing Pizza. We like the pizzas at Fireaway pizza the best compared to any other usual pizza chain store. We usually get the pizzas delivered to our house but today we went to the restaurant and had an amazing experience. It is 30 degrees outside now but the air con is blowing cool air right on my face while I enjoy my pizza. We tried the milkshakes as well today ( oreo and nutella) and both were simply amazing, very creamy. Very friendly staff and amazing service! This is our go-to pizza place and we literally don’t eat pizzas anywhere else now! Must try!”

“This is an amazing place. For £6 you get a choice of 2 mains plus pudding and a soft drink to wash it down. The food is lovely and all cooked that morning so absolutely fresh. The waiters are from a local SN group so they get great work experience. Best get down on a Thursday and help out the local community. I’ll be back next week!”

The takeaway was damn tasty, I had a wonderful lamb rogan that was sharp yet so smooth and mellow with just a perfect amount of spice, special rice, and naan. The food turned up in less than half an hour, the delivery driver was very pleasant and the price was good. I'm sitting here relaxing and feeling presently full. I don't normally rate any business but tonight I'm a contented man.... thank you for dinner.”
