As it was my first time being here, I was rather sceptical about what to expect and the quality of the food especially with the order being very large. let me tell you, Everyone absolutely loved the Pizza's. the quality of the food here is really amazing coupled with the Variety available. Ali and His team went to great lengths including calling me to ensure i was happy with the order and coming to collect to ensure they were going to be hot which was very supportive in planning for such big events. They even offer delivery. On arrival, my entire order was ready waiting for me to be collect all labelled and hot. Highly satisfied with the experience here with Ali and his entire team. “So glad to live just around the corner from this place (formerly known as Steak & Lobster). It’s incredibly convenient to pop in for lunch or dinner. The steak is always cooked to perfection, and the lemon salad is so delicious you’ll find yourself wanting more with every bite. “My partner and I decided to order from Hello Burger as a weekend treat. I called the restaurant in advance to ask if the chips were cooked with any meat or fish as I have severe meat/fish/eggs/dairy allergies and a lovely gentleman informed me that they're cooked on their own making them veggie/vegan friendly! I ordered the Vegan Big Kahuna with Chunky Chips and my partner ordered the Hickory Chicken Burger with Parmesan and Rosemary Fries. We both agreed that the burgers and fries were delicious! The vegan patty was incredible and at first I thought it was real meat it was that realistic but luckily, it wasn't! My partner thoroughly enjoyed his meat feast! Thank you for providing such a brilliant restaurant/takeout experience during this pandemic. It was lovely to have a little bit of normality from the comfort of our own home. We will be back! ”

“I was impressed by Mr. Damien (I hope so,I spelled his name right) presentation and professionalism. We ordered some coffee, and he did not forget to show us where the sugar was. The cashier area was filled with stock, and everything was labeled with price and all necessary information for the calories and allergens. But I could not see something with low calories.”

We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. “I hired the Grand Suite at the New Inn for my 60th birthday party with 110 guests. Everything was perfect! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thanks especially to Aimee who ensured I was able to set up decorations etc. early in the day. The room is beautiful with a lovely big dance floor and nice big tables with plenty of seats. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Great air conditioning in the main room on a very hot night was very welcome! My guests were all extremely impressed with the venue. Thank you all the staff for making everything work out so well - brilliant!”

“We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“Found this place quite by accident. It was midnight, everywhere was closed and we were hungry. The owner had closed his restaurant but fired his kitchen up just for us. And what an amazing plate of food he delivered. He let us stay to eat and then in such a fabulous display of hospitality gave us a piece of delicious chocolate cake as he was celebrating his birthday. Thank you. We won’t forget your hospitality and hope to come back again to sample more of your menu.”

“A lovely cafe right by the river and London Bridge station. You can sit outside under cover in the archways at Hays Galleria which is lovely. We had the burrata and pulled lamb wedges to start - and the lamb was incredible! We then had the seafood pasta and bacon, pistachio and onion linguine and loved the combo of flavours. The red velvet cheesecake is also a must order - it was so delicious! We really enjoyed all the food, the great service and the atmosphere.”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”
