“Uber order. Jalfrezi, rice, Nan and some picky bits. I ordered at peak time so didn’t expect it to turn up in 20 mins but worth the wait. It the first time and I have to say, Good clean box standard Bangladeshi curry and cooked to perfection. Bang on the money.”

“I really enjoyed the Indian afternoon tea at Orangery by Sapna. The Karak tea was definitely the highlight rich, warming, and full of flavor. The scones were fresh and perfectly baked, and the assortment of sandwiches offered a nice variety of tastes. I also loved the sweet treats, which were beautifully presented and delicious. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a proper afternoon tea. Overall, a delightful experience that I’d happily return to.”

The steak is always cooked to perfection, and the lemon salad is so delicious you’ll find yourself wanting more with every bite. “My partner and I decided to order from Hello Burger as a weekend treat. I called the restaurant in advance to ask if the chips were cooked with any meat or fish as I have severe meat/fish/eggs/dairy allergies and a lovely gentleman informed me that they're cooked on their own making them veggie/vegan friendly! I ordered the Vegan Big Kahuna with Chunky Chips and my partner ordered the Hickory Chicken Burger with Parmesan and Rosemary Fries. We both agreed that the burgers and fries were delicious! The vegan patty was incredible and at first I thought it was real meat it was that realistic but luckily, it wasn't! My partner thoroughly enjoyed his meat feast! Thank you for providing such a brilliant restaurant/takeout experience during this pandemic. It was lovely to have a little bit of normality from the comfort of our own home. We will be back! ”

“I was impressed by Mr. Damien (I hope so,I spelled his name right) presentation and professionalism. We ordered some coffee, and he did not forget to show us where the sugar was. The cashier area was filled with stock, and everything was labeled with price and all necessary information for the calories and allergens. But I could not see something with low calories.”

“I hired the Grand Suite at the New Inn for my 60th birthday party with 110 guests. Everything was perfect! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thanks especially to Aimee who ensured I was able to set up decorations etc. early in the day. The room is beautiful with a lovely big dance floor and nice big tables with plenty of seats. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Great air conditioning in the main room on a very hot night was very welcome! My guests were all extremely impressed with the venue. Thank you all the staff for making everything work out so well - brilliant!”

After trying some of the city's top Indian restaurants, I was utterly impressed by the exceptional quality of the chole at this restaurant - it's comparable to the best I've had in Delhi! The owner's dedication to authenticity and customer service is evident, and I was even more impressed when they personally delivered my order to me after I accidentally opt for collection. A special shoutout to Asher, the bartender, whose performance at the bar was brilliant. His upselling techniques were impressive, and his recommendations for food were perfect.”

“We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“We have stayed here a few times and found the staff and service to be exceptional. Checked in by the lovely Anna on this occasion. We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.”

“A lovely cafe right by the river and London Bridge station. You can sit outside under cover in the archways at Hays Galleria which is lovely. We had the burrata and pulled lamb wedges to start - and the lamb was incredible! We then had the seafood pasta and bacon, pistachio and onion linguine and loved the combo of flavours. The red velvet cheesecake is also a must order - it was so delicious! We really enjoyed all the food, the great service and the atmosphere.”

“Couldn't fault the rooms. Rooms are massive especially the disabled ones... with mum having MS. Staff friendly service and brought mum extra blanket... The one downside the duvets could be alittle more warmer.... Reason for the 2 stars the location. If staying in london for more than a week and no transport its a problem as its right near healthrow airport. But thankfully the coach is within the bungle to london on the hols!”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”
