“I have only visited this clinic twice to see a physiotherapist, and on two separate occasions for different reasons. I was extremely impressed on both occasions. On my first visit I was experiencing severe pains down my right leg and wondered what could be done. The physio massaged my lower spine for about 2 minutes, and amazingly, the pain went away and has not rerurned. My second visit, 12 months later, was to ask for advice about going to the gym. I was worried that if I resumed my twice-weekly trips to the gym, my leg pains would return after being pain-free for a year. This time aI saw a different physio who showed me some very helpful exercises. On both occasions the male physiotherapists were very extremely personable and clearly knew their stuff. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.”

“I’ve been coming to Underground for about 10 years and have had 15 of my 19 piercings done with them and I’m impressed each and every time. I had my conch and septum done with Salwa today - I asked for a suggestion on what ear piercing to get and she was super helpful and made the perfect choice. Despite getting two painful piercings her technique was probably the best I’ve had - I felt the conch pain for about a second and the septum pain for a split second. Aftercare instructions were clear as always. A super easy, quick, and efficient process overall!”

“Lovely, well maintained little rescue for local animals. You can have a drink and a snack in the entrance and then visit the animals. Great activity for small children and adults spending time together. You can also combine the visit to the rescue with a hike in Trent Park. The entrance fee goes to the rescue charity.”

“Studying Level 3 Business at this college has truly opened up a range of new opportunities for me as a student and individual. When I first enrolled, I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted to do but I found that it was very multifaceted as it introduced me into many different interesting topics like finance, principles of management, entrepreneurship, marketing, corporate law ect. Also, within this course I was introduced to the Career Ready programme by my teachers, who encouraged me to sign up and I’m grateful they did. “Me and my girlfriend spent 5 years figuring out which parrot would be best for us. We ended up buying a ringneck privately and it turned out to be a nightmare. He loved me but hated our kids and my girlfriend was petrified of him.. After visiting another well known bird breeders and not having a very welcoming experience we decided to phone Enfield bird centre and was really happy with the way we talked on the phone so we decided to visit the shop. We arrived and was instantly greeted by 2 of the workers there, really kind guys and very easy to talk to, one of the lads showed us all around the shop, told us which birds where best around children and which birds where abit nippy, Me and my girlfriend fell in love with 2 latino galah cockatoos and really couldn't decide which one to go for, at this point we had to leave the shop to back home and get our kids from school.. After some talks with the manager, he agreed to re open the shop for us so we could bring our 4 children down to meet the brother and sister. We arrived again in the evening to meet Trevor and he was great, we went to the big walk in cage and spent time with both birds figuring out which one would chose our family, Our cockatoo Rosie chose us.. Shes amazing and really is a silly tame family bird.. I would recommend anyone to Trevor at the Enfield bird centre. The service we received was above and beyond. Very informative and friendly, easy to talk with, staff are very laid back and kind. We will be visiting the shop again in the future.. Thankyou everyone at The Enfield Bird centre.
