Despite the ongoing pressures, lack of respect, and poor pay that NHS workers sadly face, the staff here consistently remain caring, professional, and dedicated. I especially want to thank Jade, who recently supported me through a very difficult situation. She was incredibly comforting, understanding, and accommodating, and made a genuinely hard time feel a little easier. Her kindness and compassion made a real difference, and I’m very grateful for her support. Thank you to everyone at Thames View GP for continuing to care so deeply for your patients — it really does not go unnoticed.”

“Today I had a smear test with nurse Elaine she was AMAZING soooo nice and caring, she made me feel so much at home so friendly and nice. She even checked my breast after I told her I found lumps and gave me the all clear. She also reminded me about my letter for mammogram coming in the post and reassured me that I had no lumps. She patiently showed me how to check my breasts too she was wonderful thanks Nurse Elaine from Mrs Roomes ❤️❤️”
