A wonderful lifeguard, quite frankly rescued me, from what otherwise would've been a complete disaster. I am INCREDIBLY grateful to her and the other lifeguard, who taught me a few swimming tips. “I can not say thank you enough to the Buckhurst Way Clinic for stepping in to help me recently. I contacted them to see if they could help with a wound infection when my GP couldn't see me and Mr Faisal Khan immediately put himself out to contact me directly, offer me advice and give me a prescription which helped significantly. He even took time out of his day off to phone me checking how things were a few days later. Unfortunately I had contracted a serious secondary infection but it was universally acknowledged by my medical team that without the direct intervention and speedy action taken by Mr Khan that things would have been significantly worse. I will be forever grateful to Mr Khan and the Buckhurst Way Clinic for their time and help when it was really needed.”
