“I always avoided this Boots as there are fer less products (cosmetics) compared to the one at Canada Square and the staff was always too relaxed and dismissive. But I have to say THANK YOU to Fiz, one of the staff members there. He has helped me in at least three separate occasions: once with a refund, another time with a product change and another time with advice ordering the product I was looking for (its was out of stock for several days in a few shops). He deserves to be praised for his hard work and I’m sure grateful for him being there.”

“Have been a member at this gym for 4 years now and I really love coming here. The equipment is decent, the gym space is good, plus a studio upstairs with everything you need for a basic workout. Good range of machines, free weights, stair master, rowing machine, treadmills, barbell, punching bag, etc. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is a great gym for the area and I think it is worth the price. A full gym, studio, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna plus free boxing class and yoga classes. There is also the spa where members get discount on treatments and the restaurant too. Overall I think it's a great place, never too busy, everyone is respectful and welcoming. I always look forward to coming here for my workouts.”

“Such lovely staff and amazing nails Updated 2 years later The detail on all the nails I get here are incredible. The reviews on Google I believe do not reflect the staff's time and quality. To back up the staff here I'd say any reviews that mention wrong colours or misapplication is either due 1. if you book a gel appointment and then end up choosing a regular nail polish they advise you a similar colour they have in the gel range same applies for any manicure, sns, biab and acrylic. I've had my nails done here at least 6 or 7 times a year and many times I have complicated designs which take 2-3 hours sometimes the colour won't match the pictures I've chosen to show (BECAUSE ONLINE IS FILTERED OR UNLIMITED COLOURS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE). So compromise is needed even when the design is 10/10. Continuously throughout every appointment, I speak up if there's something I disagree with, shorter longer shape, colour the whole nine. Nail techs can't always read minds and especially when everyone have different standards and expectations for their nails. If you don't ask you don't get, entitlement alone is no excuse. Love you team see you for my Christmas nail. P.S Speaking in Vietnamese, Mandarin or any language isn't illegal they're all family there :)”

It was actually funny listening to them chat away as they worked Always feel at ease with them. Found them extremely amiable and been coming here for thirty years. Iv seen a few dentists come and go over the years and never had an issue, all dentists are very busy. So it’s Important to keep the appointments. But they will go above and beyond to help you. I think they are great. And feel lucky to have one that’s consistent in quality of work and concern for nervous patients. Most definitely 5 stars.”

I also noted how she had to step in several times to help the other 2 members of staff as I was still shopping and I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and how organised at multitasking many things whilst also being very friendly.
