“Dr Ghoncheh Roustazad at Brightsmile has changed not only smile but my whole life , I have been visiting Brightsmile for a number of years having various work and check ups done but I had a broken front tooth which had been repaired many years ago but had since broken and was so awful to look at I hardly ever smiled and had no confidence in my appearance, we set up a plan to repair the tooth and other problems and I was in the chair for 2 hours straight, when the work was done I hesitantly turned the mirror round to see the results and I immediately broke down with emotion I had a smile again !!! After so many years I was trembling with excitement and Dr Roustazad and her colleague were so pleased after all their amazing work. I travel 40 miles from my home to use this practice they are the best and I have nothing but huge praise to them for their work . Thank you so so much .”

That may sound gushy and OTT but over my lifetime I have had such mixed experiences that to have someone truly listen and hear me has genuinely made an incredible difference to my mood. I was anxious and unsure with more questions than I thought we would get through but she instantly put me at ease. She answered my questions thoroughly and explained what to expect from any follow up appointments that would be needed. I truly feel that The North London Health Centre are trying to put patients at the heart of their practice and this is a great way to start.”

She was genuinely understanding and very helpful in trying to give me maximum results in one session. The treatment really calmed my acne prone skin and it was left feeling baby smooth, glowing and looked so plump. I booked few courses immediately after and I cannot wait to see the results of the full course! Also I really liked the look of the salon, a very calming atmosphere enhanced by lovely music and candles, not what you expect in the middle of busy Crouch End. I can thoroughly recommend the treatment and urge anyone thinking about having it to go ahead and BOOK it! It really works and has made such a difference to my confidence. “Couldn't fault a thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and clean with great facilities. It was quiet, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and it was top notch - without doubt the best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a UK hotel. Even the coffee was delicious! We would definitely stay there or at another Toby Carvery again and would highly recommend it.”

Driver was on time, polite and very professional. His driving was excellent - did not speed. At the Airport, he went beyond the call of duty by helping me to look for (which took some time as there were no trollies close by - very unusual for a major Airport) bring, and helped me to load my luggage on the trolley. I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful for his service. Not many cab/uber drivers do that these days.”

“Have been coming here for a swim for quite a some time and always been met with welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere. Centre itself could do with refreshing some facilities, but nothing too major to dislike. My only issue is occasional stench smell of sewage in swimming pool, but that was only a few occasions so far. Pool temperature is adequate, overall cleanliness is good for how many people pass through on daily basis. Will see what changes the new owner will bring, but have visited some of theirs leisure centres, hoping for good ones. Overall 5*”

“This is a PUBLIC PLACE! To have the amount of people they have coming through there each day and be able to maintain it to the ability they’re able to is very surprising! It is an extremely popular place and you have to take into consideration the social environment it’s in! I have moved over from David Lloyd and although it’s no David Lloyd (David Lloyd is the heaven of members club) it certainly does the trick! People on here complaining about skinny teenage boys in the gym… we have to start somewhere! I appreciate Everyone Active for helping me and adapting to my needs due to my epilepsy, Sometimes the staff are a bit on edge because they deal with lots of people every day be patient with them. They are good people just under a lot of stress so please remember that! (However I do believe they could Invest in some more professional cleaners) Thankyou!”
