“I had a very pleasant evening in the Ivy Leaf which is under new ownership. My intention was to call in for a pint of Guinness. That became several pints plus 3 delicious rolls consumed throughout the course of the evening. Lively friendly atmosphere, great selection of background music and the service was first class thanks to the two ladies behind the bar, Lisa and Fran, who quite clearly enjoy their jobs and have lovely personalities. This is a proper English pub and certainly the best in Dartford.”

“I bought an alloy from them for my old fiesta. The chap was very helpful. He was honest and gave a very faii price. A 2nd hand alloy fully fitted back to my existing tyre, balanced and my spare put bAck all for €35! I will recommend this place to others. Downfall: Without my satnav, I would never have found this place.”

“We had bought an air fryer about a year ago but unfortunately had a problem with it and needed to return it. I phoned the store and spoke to a lady whose name was Caroline, I told her the problem and she apologised and then asked if I had the receipt so that I could return the product. I had not kept the receipt but instead of that being the end of the matter she asked for the details from my Lakeland card and then trawled through the system and found my purchase. As I could not get to the store that day she said that she would leave the details at the tills and inform her colleagues. I went to the store the next day and on speaking to a member of staff at the till, (sorry I did not take her name but on a new till receipt her operator number is 5180088) and she was aware of me coming in. I returned the product without any quibble and when I asked for a straight swap, although I wanted to change brands and pay extra, she advised me to take a refund instead and then buy the new product so that I got the full 3 year warranty which I did and then she told me that I had a £30 voucher on my card which I did not know and used to complete the purchase. The customer service that I received and the friendliness of both members of staff was excellent and I would formally like to congratulate them and the store in a manner that in my opinion went above and beyond what they could have done. Before retirement I worked in retailing for some 36 years and put great value on customer service. Kind regards Robert Holmes”

I would like starting by saying Thank you to one of the top sellers of Boss bluewater , the guy that had been running , left, right, centre above and beyond to offer me the best customer service I have ever experienced Ravi Bungar 16210 : I thanks you ravi and appreciate the support given in find all the right clothes for my needs. I have never ever in my life treated myself to anything nice, proper quality clothes , always been saving penny on penny to save money to invest and develop. However I have been burnt several time and lost it all , why so many people cheat and steal from each other, we are all as one, we should cherrys each other! I have came in uk back in 2007 with 2 bags and a big dream of becoming someone! What a hard journey through which I have learned so much, life among foreigners by yourself it’s not easy! A journey paved with blood and tears going through fire and storm. Have graduated since a bsc horn business and marketing at Canterbury Christ church, tried getting a job after which i wasn’t able to as I did not had enough experience even though through uni I have been a brand ambassador, however I wasn’t able to do more as I did had to work low jobs as kitchen porter , refuse loader , factory worker in order to afford uni . However with the knowledge that I have gained I started a construction company suplling labour to construction contractors which I would manage in site . At some stage I did lost it all , went bankrupt what a nightmare , what a position to be in after all your struggle after reaching a second business which was supplying taxi cars to drivers that couldn’t afford their own car (had 10 of those) Eventually went home Romania depressed , and sone my best to fight it and come back stronger , which I did . Came back to peruse a masters degree in construction project and construction management graduated with merit at Coventry university ! Started back working and the first job as a assistant project manager was for a Jewish company which helped me gain good insight and develop, I have been always keen on understanding the how , had a previous qualification gained which qualified me as a charted professional in consultancy by CMI which enabled me even more to understand how to research the company from within and make it greater and better . All this somewhere in 2017 , and back in 2019 I was already a project manager having had already raised 100k money to rebuild and clear bad credit history due to bankruptcy. As everybody else love hit and moved in at the partners. The whole hell broke loose by Covid time her father had cancer , i was there for her doing the hard work couldn’t notice she was using me , eventually her father passed away and I got kicked out of the house with the police . Stupid foolish me I went back to her, helped her get an apartment on mortgage in Park Royal , changed the flooring even though, it was a brand new ap , she wanted proper engineered flooring not the amptico, furnished it , once ready her mum came along and guess what I got kicked out again with the police as I am a violent person . My days what a life what a heartless person, never understood this felt again in depression . One problem never comes alone mark my words : The guys that installed the flooring pretended to be my friends and managed to skim me of £50K money that I was investing in their company, hard to get anything sorted in this country police sees you as a foreigner still . “Ordered a washing machine, delivered and installed within a week. There was a problem with the machine, they agreed to replace, which was delivered within a few days, and installed. I could not fault their customer service it was excellent, called me with a time for expected delivery, were faultless in installing the machine. “I come here every time I come to bluewater. Not just for the food but for the amazing people. There’s one manager that just will not stop dancing, I love it! Unfortunately, last week Saturday, a different manager greeted us with a horrible vibe, looked at my kids from top to bottom and telling me make sure the kids sit at the table. You don’t know my kids, if my kids would be walking around the place, I’d understand if she’d come and tell us nicely to get the kids sitting at the table. But a lovely waitress by the name of Mihaela, completely changed the whole experience. She beamed of good vibes. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding!
