“I’ve been to Ask Italian Bluewater a few times now and have always enjoyed their consistent quality of Italian cuisine upon each visit. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, attentive, and helpful which inspires a calming atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle of Bluewater shopping centre. The food is well made with clean tasting flavours and a healthy variety of options. I recommend the newly improved Lasagne Grande and, if you’re in need of a little spice, ask for some chilli infused olive oil to pour on top. I’ve been craving this ever since trying it a few days ago! Of course, you cannot go wrong with their tiramisu for dessert although all their desserts are uniquely Italian rather than generic in both their flavour and plating style. Overall there is something for everyone to enjoy and I highly recommend a visit!”

“Spent £11k on a kitchen, Lamona products were strongly recommended with their long warranty. I would steer clear as the Lamona brand is a Beko product which is not reliable and is serviced by a company called Pacificia who fob you off, schedule appointments and don’t turn up and take no accountability. Howdens also are not interested once they have received your money, Anita the kitchen designer does not return calls or emails. So disappointing as she appeared so genuine. Following on from my review, Jay at Howdens telephoned the next day to discuss my concerns. without any issues he arranged delivery of a brand new dishwasher the very next day which is now up and fully operational. Am beyond grateful following months of disappointment with Pacifica. I stand corrected, Howdens are the only ones prepared to help and I am so very grateful.”

“Always a pleasure visiting this particular Costa. I've been coming here for over 7 years, usually between 4-6pm. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and fun and they clearly remember their regulars. They are very professional with their service, offer alternatives, and make suitable suggestions. The atmosphere around that time is nice and relaxed, even when the staff begin to tidy up around customers they don't make too much noise and don't cause a distraction for guests. I recommend popping in just for the smile. It must be lovely for elderly or anyone living alone who pops in just to see a happy face.”

“Great old pub from my youth, I used to live in Dartford and have been in there a few times, this was for a wake for a very close friend of ours. The staff are always pleasant, the wake was held in the back of the pub, so no regular customers were in there. The team looked after us very well, nothing more to say really, prices are reasonable for drinks, etc.”

“We travelled up from Hastings because we jnew that this mega-store would have mire range and stock for a larger man, i.e. me! And it was true as I, subtly guided by my wife, find a complete new wardrobe (well almost!) foe my size. A great place to shop because of the range of sizez and range of stock.”

“Very nice interior after the renovation they had, smaller menu than before but I think that lets them focus more effort into making the food that's still there tastier. Prices are very affordable too, can easily get a full meal to feed 1 adult man for roughly £5-£8 depending on choices. Very friendly staff too, also I think an MP attended the re-opening, which was pretty cool too. All the food was cooked fresh right in front of me, and it only took less than 10 minutes for me to get tucked in.”

“I came here on Saturday as part of a large group. The food came very quickly despite the pub being busy, and the views from the seating area was beautiful. We were made to feel very welcome and should I come that way again, I’ll definitely be back.”

“Order a ceiling light from in store. There was a delay in arriving. However Anita went above and beyond to rectify the issue. She was absolutely amazing on how she handled the issue, with regular updates and assurances. Anita is an asset to the Next store in Bluewater! Thank you Anita you’re a star!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Bike Mike! He helped me repair and service two children’s bikes on the spot — even without a booked appointment. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to find someone so accommodating and genuinely passionate about what they do. The bikes are now running perfectly, and my kids are thrilled to be able to participate in their school’s cycle to school week. Highly recommend Bike Mike for anyone needing honest, high-quality bike repairs and great service.”

“B&M store always wins hearts. Lovely location, loads of free parking. They offer everything from garden- to grocery- to garden furniture-to electrical items, candles, bathroom accessories, hardware and on and on. I got a lovely bargain on toys for Christmas- will definitely visit again.”

“Excellent shopping experience at River Island, store was extremely busy, but the staff were fantastic in keeping all the sale racks tidy, and all the sale items organised! River Island have really upped their menswear for this summer. I picked up really nice summer sets, and holiday outfits today at very reasonable prices. They had a huge variety of products, and had a wide range of options available in store. I managed to pick up a £38 formal quarter zip jumper for £12 on sale too, and there was a great amount of clothing on sale. Managed to pick up chino shorts for a tenner each. I really loved how River Island has improved their essentials too. The River Island Studio plain t-shirts are of high quality and fit very well. They feel very premium when you touch them and very comfortable to wear. There were plenty of suits on sale minimum 70% off, unfortunately, might size wasn’t in stock. The overall customer service was excellent, but if you come here on a weekday evening or something it’ll be much better as the store won’t be that overcrowded. Overall, I highly recommend River Island to you!”
