The practice itself is spotless and beautifully modern. This was my second time at Sapna, but my first time with Rashda , and she was absolutely amazing. Everything went really well, and my skin had no irritation at all. I also got my eyebrows done. I was a bit worried at first, but Rashda assured me she would do them nicely and she really did! I was so happy with the result. She’s very genuine, professional, and skilled. “I came to Luv Natural on a recommendation by a friend after 7 years of always going to the same person. While they’re definitely at the expensive end, on par with more well known names like Morris Roots, I found the price to be worth it. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out, which was predominantly repairs. Staff were friendly, accommodating and understanding. I do wish it was cheaper, but for the fantastic job they did, and the confidence they have given back to me by fixing my lox, I think it was worth it and I am very grateful for their attention to detail; it didn’t feel like they were just locticians, they made me feel as though they cared about my hair and my journey. “Always very accommodating, Sunny has been cutting my hair for around 4 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He has never cut a single strand wrong and and got it spot on each time. He listens carefully to what you want (eventhough he doesn't need to ask now) but he will advise on what options are best. He also offers extra services such as eyebrows, hot towel etc. It always has a great atmosphere and Sunny and Yusuf always make sure to make you feel comfortable and offer drinks.”
