She greeted me so warmly when I walked in and when I told her I think I’m falling a little ill and have a slight headache she went the extra mile to give me a head massage when washing my hair and adjusted the temperature without me asking. She asked me what I wanted and listened to me attentively whilst giving some great tips too! We had a great chat and honestly felt like we were friends having a catch up! In fact, last time I had a stranger shout a compliment about my hair from across the street! Mirka is fantastic, very kind and listens to what you want. When she’s been away I’ve felt anxious if I’d be just as satisfied and I’m happy to say they’re all clearly trained to an incredibly high standard by Hiro. Haircut aside, the way they wash your hair and give a Japanese head massage is to die for and worth the visit in of itself!”
