“Second visit and great both times. It’s basic this is reflected in the price. Comfortable bed, tv, toilet, shower and wash basin towels and toiletries. Free Tea and coffee making facilities in bar area. For a quick overnight stay just right. Space is limited added bonus if you book on their own website you get a free drinks voucher. “Our hotel recommended their pub for food and I am in awe with the quality of food. Not to mention the ambiance I expected for my first time in London. The drink menu is endless with food that is spectacular. I am bookmarking this for the future and cannot recommend them enough. Shoutout to our servers and the chef for an amazing experience and the love and support given to me and my service dog; this is so important for us. We will return again and again.”

“If you’re looking for somewhere close to the city but away from all the noise and chaos, this place is perfect. The station around the corner makes travel to the city seamless and quick. The rooms were comfortable, clean and were a pleasure to come back to every day/night. The service was amazing too, the breakfast every morning was delicious and the staff always made sure we were taken care of. “This was a last minute booking as the apartment we had arranged proved to be very bad. We were able to book two rooms for two night at a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful both at the hotel as well as at the restaurant the rooms were clean, well maintained and the beds were good. The parking was roomy and easy to register for. The only 'grievance' we had was the coffee but I have never had an British hotel with good coffee :-D. Overall a very good place to stay.”

“I've lived here for 3 months and it has been the best 3 months of living in London I've had in 2 years since moving to the city. The building is safe and secure, with so much to do in local area. “This hotel is fantastically located opposite Northfield's underground station, making the commute into London easy. We arrived following a somewhat disastrous journey from up North and asked if it was possible for an early check in as we hadn't slept at all the previous night. Sandeep who was working on the front desk arranged for our room to be cleaned as soon as the other guests checked out, allowing us to get a couple of hours of much needed sleep, he was helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. The room itself although basic, was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. We booked breakfast and Edyta who was working in the restaurant was an absolute pleasure to be around, it was raining outside so she put on some bright music to lift everyone's mood and it most definitely worked. A fantastic staff team and great location.. 5* service!”

“I know the Dog and Fox very well but had never stayed in the hotel. It was a great decision, a beautifully comfortable bed, spacious and clean room . Breakfast was also excellent with multiple choices of continental and traditional dishes on offer. All cooked dishes were prepared to order and piping hot. My stand out part of the visit were the staff, highly trained, cheerful and helpful. In the bar, restaurant and reception they didn’t fail to impress. I have to also mention housekeeping , although I didn’t see them it was obvious they were working hard in the background to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Can’t recommend enough and will definitely be back .”

“As you expect from Premier Inn, clean, efficient and comfortable, quiet location with convenient bus into Maidstone town centre so we didn't need to drive. Small room but all we needed for a mid-week overnight for work. Pleasant pub next door with decent pub food in a nice garden. Would go again.”

“Can't rate this place high enough. Only stayed one night as my daughter and friend were going to a concert at Ally Pally perfectly placed for a concert there only 20 mins in rush hour to drop off. The apartment was spacious very clean and comfortable and the wifi actually worked on all our devices without glitching which is unusual unless you pay in a hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We will defo book here if/when we come back to London.”

“Excellent location if you don't want to be in Central London but want easy access to it via bus, underground or walking. Hotel & bar staff were all excellent & friendly - they especially made my son feel very welcome. We only had breakfast onsite & bar snacks, and as vegans the options weren't many but they were good. Room was basic but very comfortable - it was also very quiet & we hardly heard any noise. We did not use the onsite parking - it was not run by the hotel & was *very* expensive. Thankfully, we found a much more reasonably priced parking spot via JustPark, less than 5 minutes away (£70 for the whole week, rather than £38/night onsite).”

“My cats love going to Bushey Cattery. They literally queue up to get in their carriers. I have been using them for 4 and half years. I wouldn’t dream of using anywhere else as I know my cats are well looked after and get lots of attention. Because the service is so good the Cattery has a lot of repeat customers so booking early is advisable.”

“I stayed here for 2 nights in a single room, shared bathroom and it was an amazing experience. The room has everything you need, the best part was they had a universal outlet plug so I did not need to purchase a London converter. Everything was clean and maintained very well. The staff are very friendly and help with any thing you need. It's a great location, short walks to the tube/metro and bus stations to get anywhere in the city. Definitely recommend!”

“A beautiful townhouse in a very upmarket part of London, (only a few streets away from the Beckhams, Jimmy Paige and Elton John). Staff were very friendly. Fantastic value for money. Some rooms have a shared WC and separate shower room which were immaculate. Housekeeping replaced our towels daily. The only downside for me was the noise from the road and the police sirens due to the nearby Notting Hill police station, so I would recommend a rear facing room if possible. Despite the road noise I slept like a log as I was so tired from sightseeing. An absolute bargain and I would return again in a heartbeat!!”

“he hotel was conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of kings Cross station. It is situated in a very quiet area however with no road traffic making for a very peaceful stay. Check in was very streamlined and straight forward by both Edward and another gentleman which I unfortunately did not get the name off. Both were very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It was well equipped with hot drink making facilities and a large sink in the room. There was ample space for storage, and the beds were very comfortable. Was able to come and go as I wanted, having g my own key to the front door. My son left a valuable item in the hotel room and we was contacted on checkout to let us know, with staff being very accommodating with supporting us to collect the items. Would certainly stay here again”

Nala adores her walks and I always know she will be safe and well looked after. Demmi is easy to get along with and 100% couldn’t say a bad word about the Canine retreat!”
