“We attended the Argentina Vs Springbok game at Allianz Twickenham Stadium. The atmosphere was electric, the stadium was appropriately staffed, well maintained and everything was well organised. We had a fantastic day and would definitely book another event there. Using Just Park, we were able to find brilliant parking just 6 minutes walk away.”

“Room 407 – An Amazing Stay! Our stay in Room 407 was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. “First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn’t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits. In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus. Only negative is that the toilets don’t flush very well.”

“Don't let the negative reviews put you off booking. We really enjoyed our stay in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, it was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and all the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, which is served in the pub (The Winning Post), which is on the side of the building. It was amazing; there was plenty of choice (even as a vegetarian), and the cooked breakfast was made to order. Again, all the Staff were sociable and friendly. We will definitely be back.”

“I've just checked out this morning and have to say the overall experience I had during my one night stay was very good. Much better than I had expected having read the recent reviews. Even taking into consideration the budget price, the room was a good size, clean, the bed was comfortable. The dinner and breakfast, though not as good as Premier Inn's, were adequate for the price and the staff on reception and in the dining area were polite and attentive. Not much to improve on in all honesty. Thank you.”

“Had a great stay at Teddington Lodge! I was there for a week and this was the perfect accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was great to use and equipped with all the supplies necessary to make small meals. The inclusion of a free laundry room on each floor was helpful. The lodge is within walking distance to a number of grocery stores, shopping stores, and restaurants. Hampton Court Palace is also in walking distance through Bushy Park. And if you are trying to go into London, the Teddington train station is nearby with service into the city centre. A great stay, thank you!”

“Great stay, lovely staff. Clean modern room. Nice pool. Breakfast not too busy even at peak time and hot fresh food. Location not particularly close to much public transport but that won’t be an issue for everyone”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

“Lovely room, comfy bed with a delicious continental breakfast included in the price which we weren’t expecting. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean with a great selection of teas/drinks and a well stocked mini bar and snacks. Would highly recommend”

“I recently stayed at this Airbnb with my mom, dad, wife, and 9-month-old daughter and we absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. “Two night stay, great location, 2 min walking distance to a lot of great eateries on Richmond High Street, and to the tube station. Only downside is parking, there’s a very expensive multi storey next door, and a slightly better NCP multi storey behind the tube station. Rooms clean and staff polite, would happily come again”

“First time ordering the food was 10 out of 10 banging pizza had a perfect medium crust the workers were friendly and had a very positive atmosphere. For the price and quality in this economy it’s one of the best I’ve seen will definitely be going again”

“We had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) last spring. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean (and affordable), and the location is absolutely excellent. Our group got stuck in London in the Heathrow shutdown chaos, and manager Lenuta at Premier Inn was absolutely incredible with helping us secure rooms for extra nights. She was so kind and helpful. The staff also surprised two of the college students on the trip with a birthday celebration when the extended trip meant they didn't get to spend their birthdays at home. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Premier Inn. It's also an excellent location--close to a beautiful park, wonderful cafes, a short walk to the amenities in Hammersmith, and just a short walk to Ravenscourt station, which offers easy Tube access to the entire city.”

“I’m giving this place 5* as I believe the court cafe should be kept open. Many courts no longer have cafes and I think it’s a useful thing to have in a court. However don’t expect very good food! It’s very school dinner canteen. They will do hot drinks though and snacks, cold drinks. The staff are nice enough and there’s places to sit. Probably a lifeline for many people have a hard day in court.”
