“Sainsbury’s Harringay is a large store with plenty of products and a wide variety of choices. The staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help when you need them. The customer service team is excellent, always smiling and welcoming. I had the chance to meet one of the managers, and he was very kind, professional, and straightforward. He really stood up for us, helped us, and provided solutions to our issues. A big thank you to him and to all the staff. Although the queue was long, it moved quickly because the service was efficient and well organised. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and I would definitely go back again.”

“It was a great place to stay, 6-7 min walk from Moorgate Station and just 2 min walk from VFS centre which was my main motive to be in london. They have 24*7 check in and it was convenient. “For work purposes, I've stayed on and off at this hotel for 28 years. Always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beds and bedding very comfortable. Food has never been anything but good and there's never been a problem pre-ordering whilst I visit the small gym. Access to the hotel is easy from the A2 but road noise is minimal and there's plenty of parking. My go to hotel when I'm working in this area - far better than a identikit chain.”

“Great outdoor lake for a swim complete with ducks and wild landscape. You need to book online in advance and wear clothes easy to change into outdoor in the open on the shore before/after. Would be great if there were open outdoor cold water shower to rinse off afterwards as you do get a bit of pond weeds stick to you; hopefully something that can be added soon.”

“Nice, well taken care of room. Bed was comfortable but consisted of two single mattresses pushed together. Breakfast was good with continental buffet plus choice of English breakfast or omelette. Had a nice walk along the Thames river in the morning before my flight from Heathrow and pub across the street was good for dinner. Convenient bus service to Heathrow nearby.”

I booked through booking.com and another time on Agoda (stay away) and the latter messed up my booking but Bektas dealt with it efficiently, took me in and also gave me an upgrade because Agoda messed up the room they chose. “What a great little hotel. It is hard to find a reasonable priced hotel, but this is one! Friendly service, clean room and comfy beds. They even throw in a complimentary breakfast. The hotel is centrally located, which bus stops next door going to Covent Garden, Oxford Street and Liverpool Street Station (which is only a 15 minute walk). Definitely will stay here next time I am in London.”
