“Put in an enquiry on the Thursday evening and received a phone call Friday morning, a very polite woman contacted me and asked my situation, after a very quick 5 minute conversation she said I had a case and put me through to a solicitor. “If you are looking for a no frills room that is in a superb location, this hotel is for you. I only stayed one night for business. When I checked in I was feeling terrible and I arrived early. Check in wasn't for another hour, I was going to cancel my room and book at another Marriott since I have status and usually can check in early. The young lady working at the front desk was super helpful and saw that I wasn't feeling well, I didn't catch her name I wish I had because she sprung into action. She told me to have a seat and she was going to see what she could do to help. She was so kind and empathetic and was able to get me into a room quickly so I could rest. I appreciated that gesture beyond belief! The room was clean, no frills, just a bed, small bathroom and necessities. If you've ever stayed on a cruise ship, the rooms are exactly that of a cruise ship. The location is across the street from Victoria train and underground station with food and transportation. Even though it was only for one night, it was a wonderful experience with Marriott hospitality that makes me continue to be a loyal customer.”

“HIGHLY recommend this spot to swim. It's tucked away in a picturesque location, with a lovely dock with changing rooms and places to store your belongings. There are three loops of different lengths to choose from - perfect for those who are training to complete a specific distance. The staff are really friendly and helpful - they host different events to help test your skill and have 121 coaching on offer as well. Bright coloured caps and tow floats are required - they do have a supply of some as well. Lovely dining spots nearby for those wanting to make an occasion out of it - including outdoor bars on the water during the summer.”

“Mauro the maître d’ was phenomenal service, class act true gentleman from Sardinia Italy. Yes the cigars are way over priced but if you truly want to experience a brand new classic style of cigar Bar, that’s is styled from the classic era of the 1920’s go there and except the challenge. They have the classic cigars. You must buy one to sit in this place. I would go back even though it was a bit out of my price range. Buy hey you were at “The Ritz” Smoking a cigar. The real cigar room is down stairs and requires a membership I believe where Churchill himself dwelled. Wouldn’t that be great to visit in the late 1930’s ? Thank you Mauro for a wonderful time.”

“The hotel is in a quiet area with a mall with many stores. The rooms were very clean, the double bed/ the mattres is very comfy, not too soft or too hard. The bath is clean and beautiful. Also the apartment has a kitchen with all you need. The area is quiet. Also the rooms have conditioned air that work both for cold and warm. The breakfast was very good.”

The only thing that might be a matter of personal preference is that the windows cannot be opened. Apart from that, everything was excellent. We definitely recommend it!”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. “Probably the best hostel in all of London! The location is great, just a 10 minute walk from Tower Bridge and Tower of London, which is also a Circle and District line station, making travel around the city very easy. Check in was simple, and the rooms have pretty comfy bunk beds with assigned lockers to store your things. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were very kind should you want to replace your towels or linens or anything. The shower is notably wonderful -- great pressure and temperature. We were lucky enough to get a room with a view out onto this gorgeous church next door! There's fans in each bunk if you're too hot, and radiators if you're too cold. The bar downstairs only opens at 6, but it's a great spot to hang out with lots of mat-covered benches, a pool table, and an L-shaped bar in this cool arched brick space, staffed by super cool and friendly people (shoutout to Cassie here!) and full of friendly fellow patrons who are happy to chat to anyone in the vicinity. Laundry was somewhat expensive at 5 pounds a load for washing, but they provide detergent which was a godsend, and let's be honest, this is London. The cafe near reception has great coffee, and a variety of pastries, as well as a nice little sit-down, bookshelf-laden area to enjoy them. I'd recommend them any day, and will likely be booking back in again in the near future! Thanks so much Wombat!”
