Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”

The shop itself is not huge (as compared to those in the city centre which have two floors) but have a good stock of a variety of items (esp the children section) , at a cheaper price (due to duty free). There are quite a lot of items on sale as well. The staff are super friendly in helping me to get items that are stored too high to my height, and in storing that for me at the counter while I shop, without being too aggressive. The paying process is quick as well.”

“If I could give Wahweda who was the sales assistant on the Privee range 10* I would, I have many bottles of this range it’s the only fragrance I wear . I was with my cousin and she wasn’t aware of the range and sold it to her . Waheeda knew all about the fragrances and about the layering. Even though I didn’t buy a bottle my cousin did .
