“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

Tom showed us loads of different options, on their clever design station and this opened up a whole new world of kitchen design for us! “I purchased a table from Haydon, which I am really happy with. It arrived in the estimated time frame and looked just like the pictures. It feels and looks like great quality and more special than what you see in the shops for a very reasonable price. It actually looks nicer than ones I viewed and almost bought in some upmarket furniture stores and also feels better built. It included a bench to fit under which was good value. Assembly of the legs was easy as the holes were already drilled and just needed screwing in. He did us a custom size as his standard ones weren't quite right for us, which was great. I have had it for 4months now and no issues at all. Would buy from here again.”

“We had previously used Price Kitchens (15 years ago) and were really happy with the service and quality of the product. When the time came for a new kitchen we shopped around but Price Kitchens continued to be the obvious choice. The price was competitive and the design, supply and installation service offered fitted our needs better than the service that other companies were offering. I had worried that the business had changed ownership but reading the other reviews and chatting it through with Dan put my mind at rest. Had I not read about the change of ownership in a review I would not ever have known. The service this year was just as wonderful as fifteen years ago. Dan was incredibly patient with us requesting little adjustments on so many occasions and the layout of our new kitchen fully reflects how we wanted to use the new space. I had a good idea about how I wanted the kitchen to look but the little details that Dan suggested like curved end panels and the upper glass cabinets have made such a difference. Dan worked incredibly hard to find a wine cooler that met our very specific wish list and it fits the design perfectly. I felt that he was always on top of every detail. Reece and Dorian made the installation process pain free. They spotted little areas where some minor tweaks could be made and worked with Dan to get extra panels to improve the boxing around our existing fridge. The ordering, delivery and installation process was seamless. The updates from Jackie on timings were fantastic. Inevitably there are always going to be little snagging points. Jackie was brilliant at dealing with a quirky tap issue and sourcing the part to fix the problem. We love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Price Kitchens or use them again.”

“Nice, big and smart Next store located on the Purley way. As the store is of good size. Has sofa, lighting, tables, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom departments. The store is very well stocked and tidy. Also very useful as Click and collect Online shopping can be collected from here using the touch screen monitor. Plenty of parking available. Recommend to go after 7pm weekday as traffic in Purley is a nightmare.”
