“Pintos in Lambeth is honestly one of my favourite Portuguese restaurants. The food is absolutely extraordinary—I’ve been here several times, whether on my own, with family, or with friends, and every experience has been consistently excellent. The restaurant itself is extremely clean, including the bathrooms, which are always spotless. The customer service is outstanding: the staff are welcoming, friendly, and genuinely go out of their way to help. Even little things, like offering to charge your phone if you need it, really show how much they care about their guests. The atmosphere is another highlight. It’s calm, relaxed, and very comfortable—perfect for enjoying a meal and good conversation. Other customers are always respectful as well, which adds to the overall pleasant vibe. Pintos is not just a place to eat but a place to feel at home. Delicious food, great service, pristine cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere—every visit is a pleasure, and I always leave happy. Highly recommended!”

“Our first visit to this reletively new restaurant in Wallington, on Friday night. The staff were friendly from the moment we walked in and professional. Inside & outside eating. We sat inside which was nice. We ordered 6 Tapas dishes, king prawns in garlic sauce, calamari in bread crumbs & black pepper, meatballs, Chorizo, garlic bread & potato bravas. All of these were delicious! The king prawn was my favourite. We had lager and wine, which we liked. It was not that busy luckily, as we did not book a table. We would recommend going. We will be going again with friends next time.”

“Amazing food! Portions are big. We were served by Grace. She was lovely and so friendly. The atmosphere was just a vibe. Good food, good music. Now for the constructive criticism. I booked for a friend's birthday and chose a Friday as it was ladies night. We did not receive a welcome drink as specified on their website and social media. The mains came far too quickly as we had literally just started tucking into starters before being overwhelmed with mains which could not fit on the table with the starters. The ladies serving us needs to be more knowledgeable of the menu as everything we asked they couldn't answer. They are all friendly and welcoming but could be more experienced which can be fixed with a little training. Maybe a menu tasting for the stuff so they are prepared and more confident to answer any questions customers may have. All in all, its a great find. Defo coming back! Nice to see a great place and its black owned!!”

“Food was amazing!!! Everything is cooked fresh as you order so it takes about 15/20 minutes. Absolutely worth the waste. Tequeños were very crunchy and not oily at all. We had the area with pork scratchings. It was huge and delicious. Service was extremely friendly. We might be making Los Chamos a weekly lunch thing....”

“Definitely visit this place! We tasted the delicious fried noodles, hot mama and dragon rolls. If you don't find a table the wisest thing you could do is take away. Don't leave London of you don't eat there !”

“Visited here for my birthday with my boyfriend and we had a really wonderful experience! Whether you are a lost boys fan, love vampires in general or are just looking for somewhere a little quirky and different to visit this is the perfect spot for you. Pizza was delicious and there are loads of options available for those with dietary needs etc. The staff are super lovely and attentive (even when it was super busy we were still checked on often) - I really couldn't recommend this place anymore and I'm really excited to visit again the next time I'm in London.”

“Delicious food and great service! Had the kleftiko and it was amazing - it really melts in your mouth and I’m not even generally a fan of lamb. Comes with a greek salad and freshly made bread sticks, all very good too. Portions are huge, struggled to finish. At the end we also got a shot of Amaretto, which was also great! (Photo is with ultra wide 0.5, trust me when I say it’s huge)”

“I’m convinced Zapote is the best Mexican food you’ll get in London. We went for mainly seafood and was so impressed. True to Mexican flavours often with its own twist that’s executed really well. The sea bream aguachile was delicious, and we also LOVED the tuna tostadas. Cocktails are brilliant too.”

“Is this the future of the British pub? I hope so! It's hard to find such a huge collection of ales and ciders anywhere in the UK. It's quite spacious for a 'micro', with plenty of seating and standing room. Very handy for Hornchurch FC on match days. Excellent!”

“My husband and I (and child) are just home from a delicious meal at Piazza Firenze in Hampton Hill. We have been coming here for years, and requested our favourite dishes. Even though they aren't on the menu anymore the chefs were so accommodating. My husband ordered a fillet steak, with peppercorn sauce - it was outstanding! My pasta (also from the old menu - beef tagliatelle) was wonderful. Last time we came in, we were told by another chef on duty, that it wasn't possible to order from the old menu. Tonight though, they pulled it out of the bag!!! Thank you so much! The waitress also deserves a mention. She was very attentive and professional - asking us several times how things were. There was also a lovely feeling in the restaurant tonight, and a nice warm atmosphere. A perfect Sunday night! Thank you Piazza Firenze - see you again soon!”

My fiancé and I visited for late lunch (a lot of places close at 3pm and reopen at 5/6pm in Fulham so we were very pleased you were open!) and had the whole place for ourselves and the very own owner serving us with the most amazing Italian food you can ever have! Do not hesitate for a second to come to this place, the vibe the music the staff the space and the FOOD were all so amazing that we felt very sad to be leaving. Honestly your pizza and tiramisu especially were unreal and we can’t wait to come back!!!! Grazie mille ♥️”

“Awesome bar. Very short walk from Hackney Wick station. Or a slightly longer one from Stratford. First of all, the selection of beer is enormous. Cans in fridges are split up into different styles so you can quickly choose your beer by looking at what you’re favourite style is. I can’t remember how many taps there was but there was lagers, IPAs, DIPAs, stouts and a sour. Just an incredible selection and the staff really seemed to know what they were talking about when talking beer! Also had a German pretzel which was great. Warmed and served in butter with mustard. Served to the table. Back soon!”
