“When I called Sarah for help with our daughters lice, it was pretty much our final roll of the dice before shaving the lot off. We'd tried multiple shampoos, mousses, sprays, combs, coconut oil, tea tree, silent prayer, witchcraft... all to no avail. From the get-go, Sarah made my 3yo feel extremely relaxed – with a bit of help from Elsa and Anna – and went about destroying the lice we'd struggled with for a year. Sarah is not only an expert, she knows how to handle unruly kids (and frustrated adults), and she has a few good stories to tell too. We had to go back a couple of times to get the last few out, but it was actually a real pleasure to be at Sarah's place, and nothing like the hellish experience I'd imagined it to be. He was clear and to the point on what I needed and how he could help. The procedure date came literally 3 weeks later and went smoothly. The hospital team took care of me and the after support provided by Dr Agarwal was amazing. I managed to contact his PA on a Sunday and he even called me to check on my welfare cause I had concerns. Would highly recommend him. His PA is also very lovely and efficient with responding to any queries or messages.”
