Didn't get her name, but blonde hair and glasses, lovely lady, great attitude, a smile on her face, and happy to help. I needed some shoes for a suit, she asked what colour my suit was, got the perfect colour for my suit and gave me 3 great options in seconds, to meet my exact needs. I picked the one I liked the most, she grabbed my size out for me, said feel free to take a seat and try them on, got her opinion on them, which put me at ease that they looked okay on me and they feel so comfortable it's unreal... cost £40 and great quality! The lady behind the desk was also great and chatty and friendly! The recipient has TE on it for the cashier name and was today 11/9/24 at 5.40pm I was stressed trying to find shoes elsewhere in the high steet and not liking anything and going in here, got me the perfect shoes and reassured me they suited me in minuets 10/10”

“The cafe is a friendly place and has delicious food! I went here with my friends on a very sunny day but it was even more brilliant as we got to sit outside! The food I had, which was lemonade, a cheese and ham toastie and a Victoria Sponge Cake, was very scrumptious and it is a nice place for you and your dogs to rest your legs! “The burrito meal was super delicious but the taco was too small to have. You get a deal at around £7 with unlimited self refill of colddrink with 8-9 options. The seating arrangement is good and spacious. Also you can see the street while eating. You can take sauces and straws directly by yourself. Staff was good and helping. There were vegetarian options too with red beans so it's good for vegetarians too. Located on the main high street is easy to locate on a corner.”

“I visited the Boots Pharmacy store located at 2, Station Road, Cheam, Sutton, Surrey SM3 8SW (UK) on 18/08 to purchase some medication for my son (who could possibly be at risk of anaphylaxis due to repeated wasp stings. I keep emergency medication on hand in the event he is stung by a wasp again whilst we wait for a referral to an allergy specialist). My son was due to spend the weekend with his father, who had mislaid the medication that I had previously supplied. I spoke to the pharmacist, Sana, who advised me according to my son's needs and as I was due to make payment - I broke down into tears and was unable stop or catch my breath. She asked if I wanted to go into her consulting room, to which I agreed and she accompanied me in, sat me down, gave me tissues, listened to me talk, listened to my fears about my son being stung again by a wasp, hugged me and then gave me further professional medical advice (which I will follow up). After approximately 10 minutes I regained composure, paid for the medication and left. I suppose the point of this lengthy review is not only to illustrate her professionalism, knowledge and customer service, but also her humanity. If she had let me leave the store in a state of panic and anxiety, I could have easily not paid attention to crossing the road (for example) or crashed my car etc Her actions made a huge impact on me and I will be revisiting the store to thank her myself and I feel extremely strongly that she should be recognised for her actions.”

“Came here to watch one of our granddaughters who plays for Carshalton ladies ( 8 years) and was acting as a mascot for today's game against Herne bay.Special mention for Andy on the gate who found car space for us as my wife is disabled and in a wheelchair .And also to lady behind bar who changed water in my wifes hot water bottle. She needs this as she has severe back problems.Lovely people there. Shame it wasn't a win for Carshalton.”

“Great shop. Has its own parking which is a must in East London. The prices are good and there are plenty of staff to help. There is normally always offers in these types of shops in east london. This particular time it was fish that was very good price. It is difficult to get Balacsong hutki chuntney but this place had it. Also had to get bodak noodles for the kids.”
