And every 6 weeks I still bring my shih tzu back to ruth,in my opinion no one can do as good a groom as ruth. Her love, and care for dogs is above measure. “I booked over the phone as I needed the vehicle to have a baby car seat for my six week old granddaughter. We also had a lot of luggage and other baby related items. The booking experience was excellent, very efficient and helpful. The vehicle provided was perfect for our trip to the airport and the baby seat was just what was needed to safely transport the baby. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options even vegetarian breakfast ‘meat.’ Bed was very comfortable and they even supplied robes and slippers. Had a relaxing stay amid two hectic travel days. **not necessarily affiliated with hotel but worth mentioning. I took the hotel hoppa bus, which you have to pay for (£6.80/$8.98 one way) and it was not on schedule departing LHR. It was over 30 mins late. It was however on time picking me up from the hotel to LHR. Important to note if you’re on a strict schedule.”

I do not understand the negative reviews since I had a flawless experience with all the receptionists on two separate days, and the GP who saw me and the one who took my bloods were extremely sweet. The GP accepted my request for the necessary blood tests and I got an appointment for the bloods fairly quick. That too out of hours appointment available. As a doctor, I highly appreciate the work GPs do, and the practice, since they have lot on their plate and I think they do a wonderful job here. Thank you!”
