Bishop Estate puts customer first based on my experience with them over the years and especially with the recent management style where they split their charges into two to ensures the landlord earns some money at the end of the month instead of taking their fees outrightly and at once but are considerate of the landlord and also manages situation with the tenant very well as related to handling and fixing issues.
