“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.”

“This hotel is perfect for a family with little kids. We traveled with our 2 and 3 year old boys for a week exploring London. Everyone working at the hotel from housekeeping to restaurant staff were top notch, making us feel so warm and welcome. The location is great as well, right by the Elizabeth and Jubilee line, and is a straight shot to heathrow and central London. Even Gatwick is an easy two train ride away. The are plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. As a Hilton gold member, I received the free buffet breakfast for the family and we loved it. A custom omelet station and a kids corner with kid friendly cutlery was also part of the breakfast. They had coloring pencils and drawing worksheets that also kept the kids busy. A special bonus for me was the steam and dry sauna that is attached to the gym. Lastly a special shout out to all the amazing staff. Literally each one. But I'll mention the ones I remember. Simon, Pradeep, Ayomide, Abbas and all the others, thank you thank you. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit.”

“This is such a great local shop. The staff are really friendly, all the produce is fresh and not wrapped in plastic, and the £1 bowls out front can be great value too. “Excellent service. Shower was 10/10. Breakfast was good. If traveling by car, location is not great but there is a parkade next to the hotel - £31.50 per 12 - 24hr. Room was £245 but well worth it. The coffee pods in the room were a nice touch. There is also a fridge if you have water etc.”

“Great location, close to the Tube and Asda. The room is just as good as other Premier Inns: nice, clean, and tidy. The breakfast really surprised me. The scrambled eggs were smooth, and the sausage and bacon were fried to a nice, fragrant finish. They also refilled the hot food quickly. Jose, you did a great job with the hot breakfast. I look forward to staying here again and enjoying it on my next trip to London.”

“A big thank you for your service driving my daughter and 9 friends to their prom yesterday. It was easy to use your booking system and we received a prompt and friendly call back to confirm the details and price, which was in keeping with the other quotes. In the end we found Bill both friendly and reassuring to deal with. Before the event we received confirmation calls and whatsapp message crom the company and the driver. On the day the pick up was bang on time and the driver allowed good time for photos at the pick up and drop off. The vehicle we hired - a stretch Hummer - was clean and well appointed. My daughter tellls me the sound system was banging and it was great fun. Plenty of room for the 10 of them. The return pick up was also on time and the driver was very patient whist the stragera were rounded up. I’m very happy to recommend Limo’s and Car Hire London.”

He confirmed the night prior to, so I really did not really feel worried that he would not disclose.
