“This is a great addition to Forest Hill. A smallish craft beer shop with friendly staff who really know their way round a bottle or two. Prices are pretty reasonable given the quality of the produce and the growlers always offer a decent beer for a good price with the advantage of an ever changing line up. Note that they also stock a decent selection of wine and spirits too and they often have a taster bottle open of an evening. A well run shop which is busy burrowing into the fabric of local life.”

“Had such a lovely evening at Grato! The food was amazing – the burrata with bread was honestly the best I’ve ever had, so fresh and flavorful, my family kept nodding in agreement. We also ordered the pasta specials of the day, which were really tasty (the truffle was a bit strong for me, but still good). What made the night extra special was our server – so kind, warm, and thoughtful. He even surprised me with a dessert and a candle after dinner, which made the evening feel really memorable. Great service, great atmosphere, and food I’d happily come back for. Highly recommend!”

“My family is visiting London from the USA and we stopped here for a Friday breakfast! What a pleasant choice!! We all loved everything we got. I personally ordered the Hollandaise Poached Egg with Ham, a side of Alsace Bacon, and the French Breakfast Mariage Frere tea! Everything was lovely!!! The Poached Egg was phenomenal and tasty, and the Hollandaise was delicious. It was the perfect horton size. The bacon was my favorite bacon I’ve had in London so far, and the tea was the perfect breakfast choice! Not to mention, the atmosphere and decor was beautiful! My family continued to rave about how lovely the music was, the pretty inside and outside seating, and the presentation of everything! It was all lovely and we would all dine here again! P.S. I also tried my sister’s banana and nutella waffle and that was delicious too! She has a health issue that allows her to usually only eat small portions and she feels nauseous when she eats, but she ate at least 2/3 of the waffle and loved it!”

“I know Chipotle really well bc I used to go 3 times a week at certain points and have been eating there (in the states) since 2003. Despite going to this location only once, I had a great experience probably the best I’ve had in the UK. Chicken was nicely charred and had really good smoky flavour. Salsas, brown rice and guacamole were so delicious. I will definitely try to go back.”
