“Honest, professional and kind service! I had to replace my door lock, so I needed a new one and some tools to do it. Since I have no Idea which lock to buy or what to do, I visited many hardware stores and even so I had pictures of my old lock none of them wanted to help or even give advice on which lock to buy, they where trying to over charge me, and they all asked to first bring my old lock and then give me a substitute. The gentleman in Neasden Hardware, was very nice and helpful, he gave me a similar lock to my old one and the right tool for my budget to fix it. And he even told me that If the lock doesn’t fit correctly I can bring it back and get another one, no extra charges needed. And he did all of this without me complaining or telling him my life story, which indicates thoughtfulness and honesty! Rare qualities in businesses these days. Highly recommend!”
