“This is a wonderful boutique hotel with great staff. Each room is named after, and decorated in the style of a famous person. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing and put up with our late departure from the room each day. The hotel is very conveniently located with bus stops feet from the door. Our daily trips to the tourist attractions were never more than a bus ride away. Would highly recommend without any reservations on our end.”

For context, I’m French and have spent a lot of time in Spain, so I’m not easy to impress when it comes to food. Everything we tried was authentic and of incredible quality, plus they have a really good selection of wines too. It is reasonably priced and good value for money, especially compared to how much you end up paying for an average meal at the pub these days. We ended up hosting a big family dinner there (20+ people), everyone was so pleased and we really felt looked after by the team.”

“Brilliant place to have an indian meal. Very friendly, quiet and cosy atmosphere. They have re-done up the restaurant after lockdown and it looks better. I have not been before, but my girlfriend who lives in the area recommended it and it did not disappoint! The chef is from an Indian background; the cafe staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had the dhal meal, with a side portion of steamed rice. Very filling and good value for money :)”

“We needed somewhere to celebrate a life. We were lucky enough to choose Lisa's bar at the Stockley Park Golf Clubhouse. They provided a really good buffet for around 100 guests. We were able to display some memories on a TV screen. The service and everything about the day made a very sad occasion as pleasant as possible. Staff were all great.
