“Emma must be the best vet in the world. As a first time owner I wasn’t sure what great medical care for your pet would look like but we certainly got it at this place. My little pup loves going there and she is so well looked after. Emma ensures it is a good experience for everyone and now I have a young dog who loves going to the vets - imagine that! Every question I ever had was answered with patience und understanding and I am so grateful that we found this place!”

“When we first heard that our vet was called Cesar, we had a few laughs about whether he would be as good as Caesar Milan, the famous "Dog Whisperer". Let me just tell you that he was even better! Phoned on Monday morning and got a Tuesday appointment for our poorly lurcher that fitted in perfectly with our own busy timetable. Cesar arrived ahead of time, well stocked with his kit, and was incredibly personable from the start. Our lurcher is elderly and nervous and though he has never shown any aggression to others I did ask Cesar to bring a muzzle as our dog was tender on palpation (we suspected a pulled muscle). True to his word, Cesar brought a selection of muzzles and took his time accustoming our dog to the feel of it before the exam proper even began. There was a lot of love and tenderness in the exam, with plenty of head strokes and reassuring words so that our lovely dog felt completely relaxed in his hands. We even got a free ear clean thrown in (our bad!) The diagnosis was a sprained elbow for which we were given an injection and follow up medicine plus a comprehensive drugs/rehab regime to follow. We never felt rushed as we sometimes do at our (albeit excellent) regular vet, and being in familiar surroundings made this a much better experience all-round for our dog. The price, we felt, was really reasonable, and although we were offered supplements to assist with future joint care, we were in no way pressured to purchase them. In addition, Cesar examined the supplements I had purchased independently prior to his visit to make sure we were administering them correctly (we were!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cesar to anyone who loves their pet and for whom a commute to the vet's surgery is difficult. Obviously, if there's something requiring more extensive examination (X-rays, MRI's, surgery) you'll have to go elsewhere, but otherwise do give them a try. So delighted with the help we got.”

“Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. The lovely receptionist even asked the delivery man outside could he be as quiet as he can because our elderly cat was just inside the door waiting for her appointment. So affordable will definitely bring all pets here ! Thanks team x”

“I called the vet on Saturday late afternoon and was offered an appointment just an hour later at 6pm. With our cat, Rupert, clearly down in the dumps, diagnosis was difficult without any specific symptoms. Very sympathetic handling (without a sedative) enabled a physical examination and the taking of a blood test but there was nothing abnormal showing but by then I had remembered that he had destroyed an old toy full pf catnip about five days previously. An X-ray was then taken and signs of the toy contents were found, Medicines were injected appropriately. On return home, Rupert seems like he is back to normal already. Eating, walking around, clearly happy again. Extraordinary. Thank you to the whole team for the care and the competence shown and for the cup of tea you gave me as well.”

The receptionist was nice and the Vet was brilliant and very sympathetic. She made my family feel included, gave us time with him both during and the after he went to sleep. The process was dealt with professionalism, love and understanding, thank you.”

“All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect. They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

“We recently joined this vet for our cat. We needed to find a vet closer to home which is possible to get to by tram or bus, but also had the option of parking close by. We were very happy with the friendly and professional staff. They were supportive and informative right from when we first made contact over the phone, and again when visiting. The reception and examination rooms were very clean. I felt our cat was very calm throughout and we left happy customers.”

As was the veterinarian. It’s a great pity that I will no longer use their wonderful service. Suffice to say that I would highly recommend them for your pet’s needs. This visit left me with a very positive experience.”

“I wanted to write a quick review about the kind, thoughtful and incredibly dedicated staff of All Creatures. They have looked after our cat, Boy, so diligently and with expertise and care for the past few years, through a range of health issues. We recently had to have Boy put to sleep at the ripe old age of nearly 18, and everyone at the clinic, from Mandy on reception through to the incredible vets, Anders and Nicola (and everyone else there too) were so considerate and professional. We are incredibly grateful to them all and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, and much love from Andy and Janey”

Bella was unfortunately given to me at 6 weeks old and wasn’t the healthiest but they brought her back to life and checked up on her with phone calls to see how she was. They really are so caring and brilliant with the animals in their care. I couldn’t recommend enough”

However they treat everyone here equally and keep you updated as the earlier appointments do run over. Card payment is accepted here I wasn't sure about cash tho. Big waiting area so no issues there. Also the car park is free to use for customers only. Plenty of space and also they have disabled bays.”

“After a few weeks of being treated by the vets here for an infection that is rare in the uk and caused by a tick we had to say goodnight to our most precious boy. Whilst having treatment here and being hospitalised several times I cannot fault this practice. He was treated like one of their own and all of the staff were caring and so supportive of not just my dog but also myself and my son. This includes all staff including reception staff, vet nurses, vets and anybody else behind the scenes. My poorly dog absolutely loved the attention he got from everyone he met there. I was kept well informed at every step and knew he was in the best hands and that to me is priceless. We have been absolutely devastated by this huge loss but thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care you gave to our baby. I will never forget it. Xx”
