“Seamless experience. I arrived earlier than my booked appointment but they managed to squeeze me in early instead of making me wait, which I really appreciated. The receptionist was very well presented, professional and well informed. The employee performing the test was very gentle and delicate with my nostrils. The results arrived very early in the morning of the day after the test was taken. I was very scared by the bad reviews I read after I booked, and I am now very pleased to give them a 5 star review, tell my friends about it and use their services again in the future. PS: I don't work for them and I have not been paid to write the review, but I really think their stars should go up.”

“I have been staying in this hotel for 1 or 2 nights a week, most weeks, for over a year now, for work reasons. If you want a bed for the night, a shower, a toilet and not much else - this is the place for you. Personally I’d rather spend the other £50-70 on dinner/drinks than stay at what would still be a basic travelodge etc. at twice the price. Jay on reception is a great guy and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible at what is, at the end of the day, a very basic, low budget hotel. Location is absolutely fantastic with a very short walk to Paddington station. Understand what you are booking - this isn’t the Ritz, but it’s fine by me.”

“For Nadia and Hudda. I want to share my appreciation for the excellent service received at the Penge Argos inside sainsburys. Hudda went out of her way to help me when my New IPad wouldn’t charge. She kindly tried different charges to see if it could be fixed, and when it didn’t work, she suggested I return the next day so the Manager could assist further. When I came back, Nadia, the Manager, was incredibly professional, patient and kind. She took the time to resolve my issue and was kind enough to suggest I get a refund or an exchange, which gave me peace of mind. Thank you so much to both Hudda and Nadia for their kindness and patience. It really made a difference and I’m very grateful.”

“I have never had any issues with the staff. I must say the service is really fast and convenient. I applied for a visa by post and and the process was 3 days from when I sent it to when I received it. I posted for next day delivered and returned. Posted on a Tuesday and received it back on a Thursday same week. Tell me which other embassy can do that? I once applied by post but did not put in all documents. My documents were sent back including the application fee. Try doing that with the UK embassy or US embassy and see how long it will take to get a reply or if you will see you money. Credit should be given when earned. Well done and carry on with the good job. I am happy for the good job you guys are doing. Improvements will always come at some point. Rome was not built in a day.”
