“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . Halfords in Brixton left me high and dry for a simple bulb replacement on my Mini, including diagnosing the wrong problem and sending me to Europarts for the wrong bulb. When I went back to Halfords the next day to get it fitted, despite charging me and booking me in, they said they didn't have time and told me to come back for a third day! Fortunately someone recommended MG Motor Style, who not only dropped everything to help me straight away - despite being incredibly busy - but diagnosed the right problem, and had the right bulb on site. Thank you to Marcio for fitting me in, and to Vlad for doing the work with a smile. No surprise that when I was leaving, someone pulled in saying, "I've come from Halfords..." !!! “I needed a smashed wing mirror casing urgently ahead of a trip across Europe in three days. Took it in to see Dan this morning who confirmed we need a new casing. Six hours later and replacement casing has been ordered, delivered and fitted. Two days before MB dealer would even slot me in for an inspection. Genuine "can do" attitude, very helpful. “I had my car cleaned by Dimi today. I chose the full valet service with Ozone disinfection. He drove to my house, very punctual and professional. The results are amazing, I'm so happy with the service! Not only did he do a great job, he also took the time to explain me in details what he did to my car and how to take care of it afterwards. Trust me when I say my car was extremily dirty, especially the inside. But Dimi went above and beyond and every single little detail has been taken care of. Not only this, he left me a little seat cover and a car freshener after the service. These company really cares for their costumers and I highly reccomend them to anyone who cares for their car. “Prior to their closure, I took my cars to a trusted garage. Since that point, I had been on the hunt for another trusted garage (which I believe can be difficult at times). But thankfully I came across DRA. From making an initial enquire via email (promptly answered), receiving a quote for the work needed, receiving an update on when the work was complete to making payment and collecting my cars (2 cars have been taken here so far at different points), I would find it a struggle to go somewhere else. As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. If you're looking for a garage that is honest, reasonably priced and professional, you've found it.”

Took the car in, and through no fault of PDQ, an air filter hadn't been delivered, and when queried Neil rang ECP, who admitted they cocked up. ECP had the part delivered and Neil managed to get that item done Pretty Damn Quick! Decent outfit, not used them before, but would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.”

She always made sure I’m comfortable and the before and after results were very pleasing.She does my laser very comfortably as well.she gives me ice pack prior to the session and I never got a burn. She has practiced microneedling on me. And the result was immaculate. I’m a happy customer from last year. She has been very gentle and kind to me all though. From the first time I visited the salon for a shampoo and treatment, I received an impeccable service, my natural hair was in a bad state and her herbal treatment literally bring back my hair to life. And her head massage is wonderful .
