“Excellent value for family stays in London. Perfect location next to underground and close to overground and uber boat pier, shops and restaurants. Extremely family-friendly staff made the stay fun and special (half term, Halloween). Kids eat free offer makes breakfast fantastic value. The hotel itself is dated and in desperate need of refurbishment - especially the bathrooms - and the cleaning in our bathroom could have been much better. However, the family room was large and the beds very comfy, and the staff and location easily make up for the outdated building. Overall, excellent value for the location, especially for families.”

“Pretty much a near perfect stay at Manor House travelodge. Location perfect, right on top of Manor House Picadilly line tube. We'd booked a standard room as only there one night, but we were surprisingly updated to a superior room for free and no real reason. We didnt eat there but will when we return sometime. Also all staff we encountered were friendly and cheerful. Bed comfy as well which equals a good nights kip. All in all, recomended.”

“We had a great 5-day stay at this Travelodge. The location, right in the middle of the city, is calm and wonderful for visiting London. The staff is polite and friendly. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The only small drawback is that the small window opened on a wall opposite so it was dark and without a view, but it did not take away from the wonderful stay we had :) I recommend the buffet breakfast at the hotel, and the Chinese restaurant 'Sechuan' right in front of it ! We will probably stay at this Travelodge again next time we are in London !”

“Recently stayed here for its fantastic location near to the station and all amenities, staff were extremely helpful and considerate going above and beyond. It’s cheap and cheerful and very clean as you would expect. When I couldn’t figure out how to work the elevator key one kind lady offered to come up with me to demonstrate. Others were also very approachable and more than happy to offer assistance. It’s so rare to find kind and responsive team members these days, they really made my stay and made us feel so welcome. Thank you to all the staff at Kingston Travelodge, it was truly a pleasure!”

“We came in just before closing time and were pleasantly surprised by how warm and welcoming the staff were. Despite the late hour, they treated us with kindness and made sure we felt comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. “The community rebuilt this park cafe and it is an excellent facility enjoyed by everyone who uses the park and Claygate Primary School. On a sunny weekend you will see many groups and families playing games, having fun, eating ice creams, with drinks etc. Food gets 4 stars only because it is not Michelin starred.”

“Dee and her team recently catered a big 50th garden party celebration for us (~65 people) and her food was AMAZING. She came super prepared with her team of helpers, and getting Thai bowl food out for all our guests was done seamlessly. She just got on with it, not needing much from me as a host. Since the party, the first comment all of our friends have made is how amazing the food was. The food was clearly the star of the show, and we were in very good hands. Dee is fab to work with, accommodating and nothing is too much hassle. Another bonus is she left the kitchen as spotlessly clean with no evidence she was even there! I would not hesitate to use her again, or recommend her to anyone who is looking for top quality food made with love.”

All of them were delicious, especially the Speciality coffee that I had, it has Irish cream, Kaluha coffee liquor. Previously I had cakes as takeaway from them, they were also delicious. Seating and ambience is very comforting and cozy. My wife loves this cafe . Owner and staff are very warm and polite. I'll highly recommend anyone who visits Sutton.”

“This is such a lovely place to stay! Sarah and Frank made me very welcome, friendly and helpful without being obtrusive - the perfect hosts! The rooms are all extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean, with really comfortable beds. “My 1st visit was November 24 and somehow I got mixed feelings for this place. After reading good reviews and that they have been rewarded one of the best when I went there felt a little disappointing. Stuff were absolutely chaotic and shouting to one another not paying attention to clients. The menu was missing many meals who can you have a fish section and only serve prawns and no other fish. I ordered keema naan and it was crispy and had like a blob of meat in the middle. Most of the food I eat in other places is far better. The atmosphere with this blue light is blinding.”

“After staying at dozens of Holiday Inns in the USA this came as an amazing surprise as the level of service and standards was far far higher than expected. The rooms, although somewhat cozy felt brand new and the bed and pillows were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and extensive and the only thing that detracted from the experience was the fact that there were rampaging, yelling and screaming children running roughshot all throughout the dining and buffet area. Would definitely stay here again, but will bring earplugs now down to the restaurant.”
