“Recently stayed here for its fantastic location near to the station and all amenities, staff were extremely helpful and considerate going above and beyond. It’s cheap and cheerful and very clean as you would expect. When I couldn’t figure out how to work the elevator key one kind lady offered to come up with me to demonstrate. Others were also very approachable and more than happy to offer assistance. It’s so rare to find kind and responsive team members these days, they really made my stay and made us feel so welcome. Thank you to all the staff at Kingston Travelodge, it was truly a pleasure!”

“Was looking for coffee and this cafe was the closest one. I enter the place as Nebs and David's smiles were so kind and welcoming. It says a lot about the coffee they create -- warm, fresh aroma packed with good vibes. The mozarella melt was tasty and delicious too. So much positivity indeed! :) Will definitely recommend this place.”

“My 1st visit was November 24 and somehow I got mixed feelings for this place. After reading good reviews and that they have been rewarded one of the best when I went there felt a little disappointing. Stuff were absolutely chaotic and shouting to one another not paying attention to clients. The menu was missing many meals who can you have a fish section and only serve prawns and no other fish. I ordered keema naan and it was crispy and had like a blob of meat in the middle. Most of the food I eat in other places is far better. The atmosphere with this blue light is blinding.”

“We love Crespidia! We were so happy when it opened, and it's gone from strength to strength. The food is delicious, lovely drinks, cakes, sandwiches etc etc.. the merchandise is reasonably priced and it's really nice to have that to look at while we're sat chatting... and the flowers are also a beautiful bonus! To top it all off, the service is invariably wonderful and we are always made to feel welcome, as is Fergus (the sausage dog) :-) Go there as soon as possible! (I'm writing this while nibbling on a piece of delicious Crespidia sourdough)”

“Fabulous, ethical shop right in the heart of Leytonstone. The proprietors are so friendly and welcoming. As well as beers, food, a bar and a lovely garden, they have an extensive refill station. They also have a gallery area for showing the work of local artists!”

Delicious, fresh food - great portion sizes - the veggie gyoza and udon noodles were both fantastic. Very good value too. A cosy little cafe. Would like to return to try the sushi and bento boxes. “After arriving at St.Pancras we we're longing for a good breakfast. I booked in advance to avoid disappointment if the place was packed. I checked the website for specials before arrival so I knew they had some interesting christmas specials. I chose the naan with honeyglazed pigs in blankets one of the specials. It was so good with two perfect runny sunny side up eggs. Combined with my bottemless Chai and a few sips from my daughters mango lassi made it the perfect start of a very busy day. My partner had the full Bombay which you can't go wrong with when you are a big ester and our daughter had childrens size cinnamon pancakes with cream and fresh fruits. All the food was amazing and most of the staff were great. The location is also beautiful. I love how the buildings got made into a new destination! Fyi I know the pictures of the food might look underwhelming but the flavor explosion is real. I choose flavor over aesthetically pleasing food any day.”

“Extremely disappointed with this place. I chose this place based on the good reviews, but everything arrived stone cold. The chips were stale and tasted as if they’d been fried in old oil. The shawarma wraps were also a huge let down, the sauces were so tangy and overpowering that they completely ruined the flavour. Honestly the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. I spent £41 and couldn’t enjoy any part of the meal. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Save your £ don't bother.”
