“I always use Royal Cars whenever I need to go anywhere via taxi. The service is unmatched. They are always on time or early, always suited and booted, always have a drink waiting for you in the cleanest of cars. The tracking options to see where your driver is located is extremely helpful. I recently had the best driver I have ever had, Andrei. He was extremely kind, helpful and professional. I honestly could not rate him highly enough. His car is also extremely comfortable, smelt absolutely amazing and got me and my partner home safely and in good time. Such a great company! ✨”

“Since moving to London I have tried and tested many different barber shops. In this time I have had my fair share of disappointments and embarrassments. When I was told about this place I was blown away by the care, attention and quality of my haircut. All of the barbers are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. “Our experience with Sue has been 5 star from the beginning. I sent her an initial message on a Sunday morning not expecting a reply for a few days, but she actually called me the same day! We discussed what I was looking for and within 36 hours I had booked! It was that easy. The information we needed for the trip was always sent by email but followed up by a call or message. The trip to Thailand itself was incredible, two nights in Bangkok and 8 in Khao Lak. The hotel recommended by Sue in Bangkok, the Avani plus Riverside, was perfect and her advice about activities and excursion was spot on. Our hotel in Khao Lak, the Devasom, was everything we wanted and more. Paradise! I would definitely recommend the suite with pool. The support from Destination Asia while we were on holiday was also fantastic. We enquired about an evening Tuk Tuk food tour in Bangkok and it was booked within an hour! Our transfers from airport to hotel were all arranged for us and the vehicles used were pristine. The whole experience was seamless. I have already recommended Sue to friends and family and we will 100% be tapping into her vast expertise and experience when planning future trips.”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“Karolina is attentive, caring and most of all treats our dog as if her own. We have a lil boy that’s full of attitude and generally takes a while to warm up to people. It only took them 2 walks before they were inseparable friends. Our dog gets super excited to go for walks with Karolina and his other furry friends. We could not recommend Karolina enough. She really cares about all the dogs, and ensures the personalities fit each other by scheduling them on specific days.”

“I attended an evenings yoga class at Samsara, and it was welcoming and enjoyable. The room was really nicely decorated, making the class feel calm and peaceful. Really enjoyed the session with Luke Forest, I’ve already booked my next one!! Thank you xx”

“I took a group to the Garden, we had a tour of the Garden in the morning which was really enjoyable. The guide was very knowledgeable. In the afternoon we did the Heritage Tour, a guide joined us on our coach and showed us round Windsor Great Park. This was an amazing experience. Our guide was Chris and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.”

“I love this pub alot, great owner/bar staff, great atmosphere, old fashioned with beams n' all, fireplace, nice garden, a pool table and a jukebox. My only complaint is that there isn't a free cash machine in there because its cash only, I have to go to the local tesco just to get some out and have a drink”

“Went for brunch on Sunday without a reservation. Had to wait for about 10-15 Mon for a table for 4 but all worth it. Had smashed avocado and American pancakes, my other half had pulled pork. All was great and looking forward to our next visit. Menu was looking great. Felt bright and modern. Service was polite, quick and efficient.”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“Very clean, bright, warm, in a great location for the nearby tube station (5 minutes walk away) with helpful staff accessible 24/7. My apartment had a bedroom, kitchen/living/dining area, decent sized bathroom and I felt it was much better value than an hotel. All necessary facilities provided: hairdryer, ironing board and iron and in the kitchen a good sized fridge, a cooker and microwave. Although it was central, it wasn't noisy. I always travel with earplugs, but didn't need them. The mattress was comfortable too - nearly forgot to mention that crucial detail!”

“Their pizza is very good trust me! And their price is also cheap but the most amazing thing is their wedges is also damn tasty! Their pizza quality and price is affordable . Their food quality is awesome .their pizza dough is very soft and crunchy. We ordered pepperoni pizza and chicken pizza 2 7” inch pizza and wedges (actually wedges were so nicely toasted and tasty that I forget to take that picture and yes if they can up the quantity of wedges then it will be much better.”

“Been here twice with my boyfriend, and looking forward to coming back soon. The facilities are great, the rooms are nice and big and the food at the Ellis restaurant is always outstanding. Since going there again, the supplement charge has risen though, but the quality of the food is fantastic. The spa treatments are also great and very relaxing. Recommend for a getaway!”

“Hidden gem If your anything like me, I tend to type into google ‘hidden gems’ then the area when looking for places to eat. Well this is a hidden gem, probably known to the Bayford community and now me. I drive past the bakers arms twice a day. Each time I do, something else catches my eye and I think to myself, I have to come here. So, today I was driving home from work and thought let me see what the name is. As I carried on home I thought to myself i’m coming back here tonight. Its now or never. I got home, got changed and grabbed my partner and left for the Bakers Arms. I had not googled this place or looked it up online, i just knew the name and location. All I can say is wow! As soon as we walked i we where greed so kindly by Martin and walked around to the dining room. The dining room was cosy, very well presented and clean. We both had the lasagne and it was amazing. The flavours burst in your mouth and where lasting, even the chips we ordered on the side where perfectly crisp. Both my partner and I rate our food out of 10 at home and in restaurants I can say i have never got past a 7.5. Today was the the first time I have ever heard him say a meal is a 10 and then change it to an 11. From hospitality, location and food, the Bakers Arms is a must visit. It should be in the class of a hidden gem. Im glad i followed my instincts today and got experience their venue. Thank you to both Martin and Bev for being a great host and providing impeccable food. My Partner is still talking about the lasagne now so thank you for making a lasting impression on him. We look forward to visiting again very soon. All the best Georgina and Charlie”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location, but this message is to thank GIRISH for going over and above with satisfying my special request for a fire to be laid downstairs. Even though Oct.8 was a little early for that, he got some assistance and made it happen! Two Texas ladies were very grateful for his kindness at the very beginning of our 3 week road trip around Ireland. We're home now and still singing this hotel staff’s praises! Well done!”

“If you're an American, the room may seem small. My wife and I were good, but we barely spent time in the room. The staff were great, super helpful. The location is amazing for getting to your sights and tours.”

“Fabulous hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms are large and very tidy, clean and have everything you need. It is refreshing to see that this hotel still provides daily room service, rooms tidied and beds remade, makings topped up. It just shows how this customer service can still be provided. Some of the mainstream hotel providers like travelodge and Premier should take a good look at the service provided by this hotel. “Lovely hotel rooms are small but perfect the breakfast selection is not huge but perfect best mushrooms I have ever had so tasty. It is just beside the tube which has you to heatrow in 45 minutes or less it is right beside the O2 in Shepard's bush loads of restaurants and bars around. The hotel lobby is very relaxing with its furnishings and soft light we could sit and relax before getting our flight home.”

“I have stayed for three days with my sister, I cannot recommend enough this hotel. Location is perfect in a peaceful street a stone away from Oxford street. Really convenient to explore London. Customer service is just brilliant they were lovely, extremely helpful and great professionals. The standard room is not huge however spotless, quiet and the comfiest bed I’ve tried in London so far. I will be back for sure.”

“Novetel Greenwich offered a lovely welcome from the moment we arrived. Great value parking made things convenient, and the breakfast delivered to our room was excellent. The bathroom was spotless and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a really pleasant stay.”

“Amazing experience for our friend’s birthday lunch. The food was delicious with lots of vegan options and the staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. Fallon in particular was a wonderful host and made sure we were really well looked after. Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for a genuinely warm and special environment ❤️”
