“I have been visiting the Cheam centre for the last 3 months as part of a group working on "Joint Pain Management" and have been extremely pleased with our health coach Steven who has provided me and the group, not only with excellent coaching to improve our fitness with the aim of reducing pain and becoming more active, it has also provided us with logical and much welcomed ideas to make small changes on our day to day activities that are really making a big difference to me and others on the group. The staff at the Cheam center I have met are also very welcoming and friendly and the various exercise machines I have used are very good and simple to use. Would strongly recommend the Cheam centre and Steven to anyone that wants to better manage their joint pain and to also become fitter and healthier.”

“I have been going to John Loftus for osteo treatments for years, thankfully now only for "maintenance" to keep me aligned and a treat! I was originally recommended to him as I had suspected arthritis in my hip and couldn't weight bear on my left leg. I can't pretend the first couple of visits were completely comfortable due to the necessary massage of various muscles (no nasty manuipulation or cracking), but what a difference - John "cured" my arthritis (I know, you can't actually cure arthritis) and I haven't had a problem with that hip since. John is so knowledgeable, gentle, professional and reassuring, explaining everything, I have recommended him to all my family and friends.”

“Fantastic gym with great facilities and a brilliant location. Abbie and Scott treat every person as an individual, giving the gym a family feel and helping you to meet you personal goals. If you are looking for great quality training and classes, SP athletic is brilliant for it. Love the flexibility of the membership options, I started with individual classes then a class pass and now have a full membership. The classes are tailored to your level to help you build strength, confidence and fitness. Having tracked burning almost 500 calories in the 'kalorie killer' class every Thursday with Scott I am really starting to see a difference! Aerial classes with Abbie are great high quality classes, you train 'both sides' and always feel safe, challenged (accomplished) and fully supported. Highly recommend!”

“Asmeen has been my hygienist since 2022, and I honestly cannot thank her enough. I am a very nervous patient and Asmeen is always cheerful and welcoming, which instantly helps to calm my nerves. She is very professional, she’s thorough in her examinations and treatments, always explaining what she’s doing, working gently, and ensuring I’m comfortable throughout. What I particularly appreciate is that she takes the time to offer helpful oral hygiene advice and encourages me with tips on how I can improve. For anyone who suffers from dental anxiety, I couldn’t recommend Asmeen more highly. Thank you Asmeen.”

“Ian did my hair, and i have long and thick hair which took half a day to do a full head of blonde highlights and to cut layers. He had patience and did an amazing and exceptional job with doing my hair which i’ve never been so happy with. Also really great having conversations with Ian as he is funny and entertaining. Overall go to Base in sutton to get your hair done as it is an amazing place to get it done with and the results will make you so happy and the place is full of kind people. Thank you! :)”

“Fantastic... Simply fantastic service. Spoke to Gareth regarding buying my daughter her first pet and although they no longer sold hamsters he was a wealth of knowledge. Directed me to a reputable store and was polite and spent more time answering my questions then he had to. Will be buying all our supplies from him in the future and the delivery option is a great bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful too. I do not have a second though recommending them.”

“I think this is the best GP practice around, the reception staff are always so helpful and supportive. You hear so many stories about receptionist at GP's being difficult but I have only ever experienced professionalism and kindness from them. You can book appointments ahead of time so none of the calling first thing in the morning to wait in a queue to be told no more appointments. I have also been fitted in as emergency on a few occasions.”

“SO HELPFUL! Went in to check something with allergies and pick up a prescription and left my phone. An amazingly lovely lady scrolled through the cctv footage to find it was me and waited at the shop to give it to me as I was going on holiday the next day. An absolute angel!”

“Mandy is one of the most kindest, compassionate and understanding people i have ever met. I had just came out of a 7 year abusive relationship when i started seeing her. I was advised by a doctor it may help to speak to someone i didnt know. The old me would have said no way! But at this point in my life i had nothing left to loose. I felt empty and worthless with no confidence and no friends. I stopped leaving the house as i felt like everyone hated me and i wasnt good enough. After my first session with mandy i felt i couldnt wait till the next week. just to be able to speak to someone about it all and be honest and not have to lie or be embarrassed about what ive been through. Ive been seeing mandy now for over 10 months and to say im back to the old me is an understatement. I am getting stronger and more confident every week. I feel so powerful in my self now. “Friendly and helpful staff. Imperial pharmacy have come to the rescue on a number of occasions when my local pharmacy have been unable to obtain certain medications. Other reviews have mentioned long wait times, and whilst I have experienced this a few times , it honestly is not any different to where I normally go. I would recommend this pharmacy.”

“I visited the Boots Pharmacy store located at 2, Station Road, Cheam, Sutton, Surrey SM3 8SW (UK) on 18/08 to purchase some medication for my son (who could possibly be at risk of anaphylaxis due to repeated wasp stings. I keep emergency medication on hand in the event he is stung by a wasp again whilst we wait for a referral to an allergy specialist). My son was due to spend the weekend with his father, who had mislaid the medication that I had previously supplied. I spoke to the pharmacist, Sana, who advised me according to my son's needs and as I was due to make payment - I broke down into tears and was unable stop or catch my breath. She asked if I wanted to go into her consulting room, to which I agreed and she accompanied me in, sat me down, gave me tissues, listened to me talk, listened to my fears about my son being stung again by a wasp, hugged me and then gave me further professional medical advice (which I will follow up). After approximately 10 minutes I regained composure, paid for the medication and left. I suppose the point of this lengthy review is not only to illustrate her professionalism, knowledge and customer service, but also her humanity. If she had let me leave the store in a state of panic and anxiety, I could have easily not paid attention to crossing the road (for example) or crashed my car etc Her actions made a huge impact on me and I will be revisiting the store to thank her myself and I feel extremely strongly that she should be recognised for her actions.”

“I’ve had my son here, and the birthing experience was excellent. The support for breastfeeding and mental health was fantastic - the staff were caring and attentive every step of the way. I’ve also had abscess drained here twice over the years, and each time the care and skill of the team were outstanding. I truly appreciate how professional and compassionate everyone is. In my opinion, this is a great hospital that genuinely looks after its patients!”

“Couldn't believe the bad reviews on here. I get regular medication here and it is always available and always ready for me to pick up. The pharmacist is always willing to have a private chat regarding any ailments. I do shop at Sainsbury's so fit pharmacy visit around shopping.”
