“My car was involved in an accident, and the fuel tank location of the car was almost dented in. I contacted the insurance company, hoping to choose a decent garage myself (past experiences with their recommendations weren't great). I found Wellington Autos has a 4.9 Google rating, so I decided to give it a try and took my car there for repairs. With the damage it had, I didn't expect it to come back like its original condition. But today when I came to pick up the car, I was truly amazed. The car was repaired almost exactly like new, without any flaws. Their repairs are just seriously top-notch. Once again, a massive thank you to Wellington Autos and their engineer Wasim! Highly recommended!”

Do yourself a favour and get yourself down here this is the “Best pub food not only in Borehamwood, but in the whole area, if not, the world” The whole vibe of the place has changed since Joanna and her team have taken over this lovely old pub.”

“I couldn't recommend Wellingtons enough. My little one started at just 5 months old, and now he's almost 2 — with another baby on the way! I have absolutely zero worries about starting our next baby even earlier if I need to. Some people might be put off by the idea of a larger nursery with lots of children in the building — please don't be. The size has never taken away from the individual care and attention our child receives. Honestly, I don't think there are enough words to express how much easier Wellingtons has made life for our family. You cannot put a price on the peace of mind that comes from knowing your child is safe, loved, and genuinely cared for as if they were their own. It's a truly genuine business, run by genuine people who care not only for the children but also for their parents. That ethos shines through from the apprentices right up to Jo & Joss in management. A special thank you to Jasmeen, Laura, and Hayley — they warm my heart every single day with their updates and the kindness they show us at drop-off and collection. We feel so, so lucky to have them. They are an absolute credit to the nursery.”

“A popular wee pub nestled next to a park and playground with lots of greenspace to sit and enjoy a beer or three! There are a few large tables in the courtyard. Perfect on a summer's day! The landlady is lovely.”

However, the lovely bartender Roo was very warm and patient and made me feel comfortable. Her knowledge about spirits is truly impressive and she guided me to the perfect drink for the evening. The service from her was incredible and memorable, her positive attitude was refreshing as the rest of the bartenders didn’t seem to really care or engage.”

“I used to stay at Mayfair House...the difference is clear..the location is great because with the St johns wood high street going into town most times may not be necessary. If u have a vehicle the underground parking is also first class...to me its a 5 star apartment hotel!”

“Argyle "on tour". Our first away match in The Championship for 13yrs!! And what a fitting place to start in this pub. We were made very welcome and with a mixture of home and away fans and good friendly banter it was all enhanced by TV screens watching " The Arsenal " ( not a favourite team for the locals !! ) and England women. London Pride was the order of the day and the Landlord invited us to eat our fish and chips bought across the road, in the pub. Nice touch Boss !! Just less than a mile from Watford Junction station it was perfectly placed after our 0700 train from Plymouth. And we got a creditable draw against the home team.....excellent day all round!!”

“I had the most amazing care at the Wellington Hospital. My consultant Jonathan Miles explained everything about my procedure. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. My anaesthetist Ramish was excellent. Each and every member of staff I encountered was truly processional,and most of all they made me feel so special. The food was excellent,and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Their customer care was excellent.”

“Everything was absolutely flawless! The breakfast was to die for, the staff and cleaning service were extremely nice and the room was really well equipped with the most comfortable bed ever. It’s ideally located just in front of the underground station that gets you anywhere in the city. We will definitely come back whenever we visit London again.”
