“I went in and on the off chance I had to wait for an appointment as it is generally booking only. Everything was to government guidelines so I felt extremely safe during this time. Everything that was used was sanitised and the staff wore masks and were working behind screens. I was treated by Maria who was an absolute professional and so smiley and welcoming. It’s was so nice when you need a pampering session. I had my nails done but couldn’t do a facial as I need to book this, therefore I will!! I love my nails as never had this treatment on my hands and I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t feel odd. “I called the vet on Saturday late afternoon and was offered an appointment just an hour later at 6pm. With our cat, Rupert, clearly down in the dumps, diagnosis was difficult without any specific symptoms. Very sympathetic handling (without a sedative) enabled a physical examination and the taking of a blood test but there was nothing abnormal showing but by then I had remembered that he had destroyed an old toy full pf catnip about five days previously. An X-ray was then taken and signs of the toy contents were found, Medicines were injected appropriately. On return home, Rupert seems like he is back to normal already. Eating, walking around, clearly happy again. Extraordinary. Thank you to the whole team for the care and the competence shown and for the cup of tea you gave me as well.”
