“Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Whitaker’s in en2 comes second. The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world. “Almost a year ago, I adopted my first two leopard geckos from this shop. I remember being fearful of getting their basic husbandry wrong, and causing them harm, but their staff were quick to advise and reassure me. The staff here are patient, passionate, and helpful, just as they were on the day of the adoption. They are also always eager to know how the geckos are doing! Thank you, always!”

“I have had my bambach chair for well over a decade. I purchased it from this company and have had it serviced by this company. I work in Dentistry and this chair has endured alot. I have had it reupholstered in a two tone colour. Regassed, new base and new wheels. The customer service has been exceptional especially recently from Felicia she went above and beyond in helping me. I would not work without my bambach and should this bambach expire I would buy another from this company. If you are considering buying one watch the YouTube videos, get one on free trial you will not regret the decision. If you have a back problem it will effect you being able to work this is a preventive tool. Highly recommend this company and I think it's really good value. I was expecting the base to be so much more expensive than it was, it came with free postage the next day.”

“This is a very busy yet hard working pharmacy team. Mr Whitaker himself is very kind to his vulnerable and older patients with who he knows by name. They keep a good stock, meaning only some things are for ordering in, and then they arrive very fast. Yes, they do not pick up the phone well, should be improved, but they are very kind, helpful informative. I would feel v confident having a Pharmacist Consultation, with Mr Whitaker. who is v experienced, kind and caring. Many vaccines can be given and the range of services is very broad. They remain the best pharmacy service in the area.”

“The store is in front of Bush Hill Park overground station. The area is quite calm, with enough parking spaces. Area wise, it's quiet small but you can find almost all the items in the store.”

“I normally use this store for small purchases and amazon/ebay deliveries. They are always professional and serve you with utmost respect. I recently dropped my wallet containing over £100 cash and credit cards. To my biggest surprise, this was found, securely kept and handed back to me after checking my id by the store manager without anything missing. Very honest people. “I shop here semi frequently, most recently a few days ago. I know the store pretty well and not much surprises me but I met the most helpful staff member, Valentino was outstanding! He went above and beyond, assisting me at self checkout and showing tremendous patience even when I left my items to go get something else that I'd forgotten to add. Came up with a brilliant solution to a trolley problem I was having and overall took great care of me as a customer. Tesco should be proud to have Valentino he's a real asset to this organisation whether it's recognised or not.”

“A very convenient store has pretty much everything you need even in this small store,I like how it gives back to the community unlike other supermarkets out there. I mostly buy catfood and fresh produce which doesn't cost the earth such a lovely variety of freshly baked goods,I only wish they had more vegetarian meals and sandwiches but other than that good friendly polite staff who help pack your bags properly :)”
