“Excellent baby shop with very knowledgeable staff! Went there a couple of times first to learn about everything we needed for a new born and they were incredibly helpful. Price matched all the big shops so it was no brainer to go with a local independent shop! They got a few things wrong with our order but mistakes happen - they quickly resolved it, even threw in a little gift for us. Would recommend you follow their insta page for really helpful videos!”

Upon seeing this Clarks boutique beside the Westminster Cathedral, my wife and I didn't hesitate to enter. What we truly appreciate in this particular Clarks branch weren't the rows and rows of shoes (real eye candies!) neatly lined and displayed but the superb customer service that they have shown and delivered to everyone who went in.
