“Found this fun pub while checking out the Hoxton market one Saturday. Found a table and ordered a couple of drinks at the bar. Saw they had a residential pop up kitchen and had to try their food as well (very good, won’t skip). The real winner is the atmosphere. Got a pint and enjoyed listening to some live Irish music. Not sure if this is normal or often but it just made everything perfect. Can’t wait to come back and do it all over again!”

“Hidden Gem in Deptford, a real Irish pub! I have driven past this past on many occasions and always wanted to pop in to see what it was like, on Bank Holiday Monday we did and were pleasantly surprised by an authentic Irish pub. we were made to feel welcomed everyone was so polite, even said bye when. They left. I will be returning for a few pints in the futures”

“I’ve recently just moved to Peckham and this pub is fantastic! The bartenders are always a great chat & so are the regulars too! It’s got a cozy, saloon type of feeling when entering the bar with almost a sports bar feeling, which is great. It’s definitely a must go to pub when going to Peckham. Also, dog friendly which is perfect! The only thing is the outside area needs something to make it more eye catching as the first few times I didn’t know it was a pub going past it, apart from that I would highly recommend The Copper Tap! 9/10 Experience. “I had had a busy day about in Bromley and arrived early from that to a reservation I'd made that day for early dinner (18:15). Prices were properly reasonable for such fine dining. The presentation of each course was spot on, I'd even say en place, buuuuut not my element at this time. The maître d' was professional and courteous. I felt a bit under-dressed but braved through and they brought no attention to this and treated me. At some spirit auguery advice, my royal self reluctantly avoided steak this evening, going instead from chef's suggestion menu, the seared scallops and then sea bass. The scallops were grilled, and tender rather than rubbery as I sometimes 'expect' of scallop. I'd had some grilled halloumi around lunch tiem, and joked that scallops would be right out to pair with halloumi. I think there is this. The sea bass were served seared with skin on, and a sweet tomato salsa, with a potato tower of some kind. Service were quiet and excellent. I did not once feel rushed and I NEEEEED to return for some côte de boeuf or rib-eye some day soon. This should be written. I'll be needing dress better suited. “Dinning at this restaurant never disappoints. This time, had the garlic nan and panner butter masala; They were the best in London if you like delicately spiced up. Came for another visit on a lunch date. As usual, fabulous taste. This time also had the lamb kebab and sorbet for dessert. Sorbet selection today was melon, mango, blood orange and passionfruit. Ananya who’s really sweet looked after us very well.”
