I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. “It was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel after reading previous reviews however it seems the owner's of this hotel have gone to a real effort to turn things around, everything was laid out perfectly for us the bed was made nicely and the bath run really nice with hot water, and with folded towels on the bed and free soap show minor details which would be expected on rooms much more expensive. Highly recommend for families my kids loved it. Also great location.”

“We stayed in room 214, room was clean a bit on the small side,bedding and towels were clean, bed was firm and the pillows were very firm,not much of a view, we had 4 pidgeons keep in us company outside the window,we didn’t get a good nights sleep because the thermostat which was next to the bed kept clicking all night, quite loudly so we didn’t get much sleep. The soap hadn’t been re filled in the shower, we asked at reception and it was filled, staff very pleasant but overall well worth the money”
